Project Pan 1st of October
Complete- KVD good apple balm foundation 027. I ended up liking this a lot when used very lightly. It was a bit pale, but the colour still looked nice.
In process-
Rimmel coffee shimmer lipstick - I don't like this colour as a lipstick but it's lovely as a blusher/bronzer.
Mushed up purple thing - the tube is coming apart and it's weirdly drying so if it's not finished this month then I'm binning it.
Designer Brands antique rose lipstick - Very pigmented, progress is slow.
The Ordinary primer - is the same as last month.
Natio pressed powder - Pecan - there's less of it, but it's hard to tell. It's approaching southern hemisphere summer, so the shade matches me better now.
Added (+mini review)
Danessa Myricks Yummy Skin Serum Skin Tint shade 4 - It is quite shiny, doesn't set, and doesn't powder down very easily. The coverage is fairly light, which makes the colour match better, though it is not bad anyway. It can get a bit flaky on dry patches. I intend to finish it within a year, as I generally use it in very small amounts or mixed into matte-er foundation or primer.
Danessa Myricks Vision Cream Cover shade 4 -
It claims to be a neutral shade, this is a lie. It comes out really yellow (which I would be alright with) and then oxidises quite orange (which I am not). I find it difficult to use, as if it's sheered out with primer (I believe it's marked to be used with oil, but that gets very shiny and transfers) I find it barely shows up. If it's used undiluted, I can make it work by sponging it on in thin layers, but it seems to always look a bit cakey and very visibly full coverage. Will try to finish it within six months as there's not a huge quantity to use and it's hard to do less than a pump quantity.
Revlon Day to Night eyeshadow quad - Addictive -
The shimmer is fine, the cream is fine. Neither grey really shows up on me and I'm not that dark. It swatches fine with fingers, but in actual use with a brush it looks dry and cakey if I build it up enough to show up. It's also a bit cool for my skin tone which doesn't help matters. The grey shades work decently as eyebrow powders. I don't like it, and will aim to have finished it within six months.
