I think in, like, actual biblical lore the Sins were originally their Virtue counterparts or sonething. Like Asmodeus originally being the angel of chastity rather than the demon of lust. But the idea of him just always being Like That is so much funnier.

yea ive heard of that too! but when i saw that there seem to be different looking species of angels i thought itd also be fun if they had different factions for different virtues and luci and his gang were kind of the "black sheep" of their respective ones haha
