I HAVE RISEN!
Hello everyone that has stuck around. Sorry for my little Ariel being useless for a time. I've decided to try and bring her back and restart her. So I'll be working on pages and verses and the like for a period of time. Also, I'll be working on a canon Ariel Side Blog from this account, because I adore her.Ā
OC Ariel will have some traits as Canon but I like her verses and her FC too much to get rid of her entirely.Ā

Ariel clung to the edge of the ship, looking partial bored and partially amused. "Well, you have a ship and I have a needed an adventure. Seemed reasonable at the time."

Graham glanced at her as she started to pout. āNo reason to be so sour when I saved you back there." He said finally, starting to frown himself.
She had no idea what kind of danger she was in here, did she? Graham didā¦though he wished that he didnāt. A pretty girlā¦not very smartā¦rather helpless in that she couldnāt speakā¦most humans would eat her up for supper and toss the leftovers to their hounds.
He just didnāt get why she couldnāt see thatā¦
His words elicited the most childish response she could muster, not that she had meant to. It was just, he made her so angry, so frustrated by his complete lack of understanding, that Ariel stuck her tongue out like a child.Ā
But it wasn't his fault. Not really. She couldn't speak and he couldn't read. With no way to communicate, how could she blame him. So she stopped suddenly in steps and turned to him with a huff of exasperation. She held up both her hands as if to indicate a stop.Ā
Ā Ā Ā "I really hope no one has stolen or used any of my thingsā¦ That would be depressing and rather sad if I have to rip someones head off if they did.. And I never do that." Aquata spoke quiet frustrated. One thing that irritated her was when people would touch her things without permission. It agitated her even more when they would never put her things back.
"I may have taken your brush...and I may or may not have lost it." Ariel spoke, realizing she had taken it earlier in the week and left it in her bag...only to find it missing later.
Ā Ā Ā "People really love to irritate me, donāt theyā Wonderful reason for them to be drowned to their death, so pleaseā Continue."

Fish Out of Water || Kyle and Ariel
Ā A small smile graced his features when he felt her take his hand, a small gesture that made a warm feeling settle in his chest. Something a lot different from heartburn, thankfully. This was pleasant, and as he thought about it- trying to catch the feeling and put a name to it, it seemed to fade out of his reach.
Ā "So, ābout now weāre headed this way," Kyle pointed with his free hand towards the direction of his apartment until the feel of her fingers interlocking caused him to glance down. Following the line of Arielās arm to her thin shoulders and then meeting her striking eyes. He felt his face warm up when he noticed her intent gaze on his face. He couldnāt help but hope that he didnāt have something on his face.
Ā Bringing his other hand to his jaw, he rubbed at an imaginary spot before clearing his throat. āIt leads to my āpartment, unless there was anything you needed to buy from a shop on the way." Kyle motioned towards a few up ahead that lined the pavement.
Ā Setting out at an easy pace, having noticed she had some difficulties earlier, he couldnāt help but entertain the idea of renting a wheelchair for her. Making a pro-con list like he so loved, in his head, he decided on a simpler solution. Stopping at the crosswalk, Kyle took his hand from her.
Ā Keeping eye contact, he wrapped her hand around his forearm so that they walked arm in arm. He found it easier to support her if she happened to stumble, and the increased contact didnāt hurt much either. Before he started walking again, he cleared his throat. āIs that okay, Ariel?"
Ariel nodded, please to be off, to see more of the world of mankind. Only to shake it a second later, indicating no need to stop. If she had needed anything, she wouldn't have known where to go. So she'd trust him, wholly and hope for the best. Despite having nothing more than the clothing on her flesh.Ā
She followed along, as best she could. Legs were a tricky sort, but she smile amused by it all. She found herself getting the used to the movement, slowly but surely. But as Kyle pulled his hand from her, that ever present smile disappeared into worry. Her brows knit together as she watched him, wondering if she had been going far too slow for his liking.Ā
It wasn't until her hand settle on his forearm that she understood. The additional contact brought on further warmth and a coloring to her cheeks. Her eyes lingered on the contact, on his hand and she smiled softly before nodding. It was perfect.Ā
Troubled Tink~Ariel & Tink
Ā Tinkās eyes went to Ariel as she spoke, a grin forming on her own lips before her happiness took over the smaller woman. She still acted very much like herself, being swept away with an emotion at a time normally, so her sudden happiness at her friendās words was no surprise. The blonde moved to hug the other woman around the shoulders, her chin sitting on the red headās shoulder as she simply smiled.
"Iām really happy your here, too, Ariel." Her words were soft as she slowly moved to sit back up again, a small laugh coming from her at the realization of her sudden hug. āI would have missed you a lot if you werenātā¦ Weāll make it home, together. Thatās a pixie-promise." Her tone lightening more as she gave a playful solute with her promise to the woman.
As Ariel found herself wrapped in a hug, she grinned and wrapped her arms around the blonde's frame. She found herself laughing, amused and happy. The weight of the world settling off her shoulders. She giggled, happy to have the old Tink back, the cheerful every optimistic girl. It was so easy to lose oneself, here in Storybrooke, to forget your true self. For some, that was okay. For Ariel it was too important to forget.
Stretching, Ariel shook off the weight of sadness and regret, of homesickness and wondering what was to come. Finally, she smiled and stood. "Come one, let's go to Granny's. I'm hungry and the one good thing of this situation is the food."
