just watched The Fall Guy (2024) with Ryan Gosling as one Colt Seavers, and while I have other thoughts on the movie I want to say something about the Coltland Twins. specifically Project Hail Mary aus where Colt is sent into space as well, most likely after the events of The Fall Guy (2024).

its so fucking tragic. he spends several days without sleep, drugged, beat to hell, and led all over sydney trying to find dipshit and reconnect with jody. and when he finally gets his happy ending? when he gets to be with the one person he's been loving for three years? boom: get sent to space loser.
