I thought I would never recover! From... Whatever it was that was wrong with me. I don't really understand it, especially since I could hardly recall anything that was going on while I was sick. But one day I just started getting better and I'm finally back to full strength.

Once in a while. There is usually a single bottle of liquor somewhere in my house and I don't have to replace it very often.

Older than I really am, I'm sure. I've never worked up the nerve to ask anyone to guess my age. I think only Mr. Jones and Val know from work how old I actually am.

Singin' in the Rain. Second goes to To Kill a Mockingbird, and not just because Atticus Finch is played by the most handsome actor I've ever seen in a movie.

Hmm, I'd have to say people who chew noisily or with their mouth open, tie stains (especially coffee), and people want something from me but just mill around my office door being distracting and waiting for me to acknowledge them rather than speaking up.
Sorry, I suppose that looks a bit long, but they are fairly specific gripes.

Oh, haha. No, we can't always keep close contact when she's on a work related trip. I'm sure she would have ushered me off to the hospital by now if she knew. I'll have to make sure I've nursed myself back to health before she returns.

I'm feeling just fine now. I'm sure it was just another odd little happening, like that time there was a cat spirit haunting my house. It would kill mice then bring them to me while I slept. For a little bit I thought I was having some sort of nocturnal bloodlust! But of course there was a perfectly reasonable explanation for it.

Sugar that is heated and whipped into strings with a machine until it looks like tufts of cotton. It’s usually dyed to look colorful too.

And you can buy it in little bags at some stores. If you want to make your own, you just need sugar, food dye, and a cotton candy machine.
Worth getting in my opinion if you really like cotton candy, heheh.
My new wingtips came in the mail. They're so sleek. I'll have to see if Val wants to go dancing so I have an excuse to wear them. Hm. I have a lot of worn ones though. I should probably have a yardsale soon.
I've felt so high strung today. I took out the garbage and got badly startled by a branch from my weeping willow touching my face. Maybe I had too much coffee.

There is always a reason, if you spend the time to think of it.
It's usually just aesthetic appeal isn't it? I don't go through a moral dilemma trying to figure out which tie best represents something about me in the morning, heh.
