Good news. My gallbladder needs evicted. But not tonight. I can wait for a routine appointment. They give me tablets to help with the flares which I think are helping already 😊

It's my birthday tommorow and the anniversary of my rape not long after. I'm also waiting for medical tests because my health has declined again. If anyone wants to help cheer a baby up on a day that's going to be hard. Here's my wishlist

I'm starting to get the birthday trauma mood drops. It's my birthday in 5 days. Days after my 21st birthday I was raped, then my grandma died the week before my birthday and I had to attend her funeral the day after and last year I was hospitalised just before my birthday and had to have surgery a few days after and this year? I got diagnosed with POTs yesterday and I'm getting a gallbladder scan next week because I'm struggling to eat solid food. So I don't feel very positive about this time of year and my mood is bouncing around.

I got a new dress today, it makes me feel very mummy. It would be so easy to have a little baby cuddled up to me to breastfeed wearing it 🥺

Is there anyone that struggles with food intake (due to physical reasons) that can give me advice? Or even just wants to vent together to someone else living through it.

I spent the night in hospital after getting severe chest pain, shoulder pain, vomiting and struggling to breathe. I've been sent home with treatment and instructions to rest because I have pericarditis (and inflamed heart) and I've been told to head straight back to hospital if it gets worse.

So many strangers comforted me tonight. Until my family could get there. My Uber driver was asking if he could help distract me from the pain and offered to help me get into A and E. When I was vomiting in and E another patient got me water and towels. At one point i was really struggling to breath another women came over and hugged me and tried to help me with breathing exercises. It's made me realise how great people can be when you really need them. My faith in humanity is very much renewed.

I spent this morning in hospital getting a short syncathon test done. It was very icky because I reacted to the injection and became nauseous and dizzy and suddenly had lots of medical staff around me. I managed to do the full test though and now just need to wait for the results.

One of the hardest parts is doing all of this testing alone. Sometimes I wish I could have someone to hold my hand during medical stuff.

This is Timothy, he came home with me from the charity shop yesterday. He likes to eat broccoli but thinks carrots are icky, he gives super big cuddles and he told me that he can make anyone smile
