A little love letter to vsmp, animated to Woman is a Tree by The Last Dinner Party (WHICH I SAW LIVEEEEE IN CONCERTT BTWWWWWW).

I've never been such a fan of a series to a point where I post fanart about it, so for the past month and a bit I've been working on this as a gift for the fandom and creators. I'm considering leaving this to be the last vsmp-related content that I'll post due to my upcoming exams and also orienting myself away from a fandom (specifically vsmp, I'll likely post more Abolish/ POW art in the future).

I would have put a bit more time into this but I fear I have no strength to do so. Again thank you @allyouwantedwassweetnothing for somehow convincing to go see the TLDP show in a WHOLE DIFFERENT STATE, but it was amaaazzinngggggggggggggg and i totally didn't lose sensation in my feet!!!!

I love the little mentions of Blackwyn that we get throughout the series, and I've kinda built it up inside my head of what it looks like. Though not as populated as the Capitol, it (in my head) is one of the richest towns in (whatever country this is). That has its whole own connotations, regarding trade, origins, location, and the type of people that reside there, especially with the fact that the supernatural exists.

‎Why are you so awesome, amazing, and wonderful? Genuine question though can I ask how long have you been doing art? Everytime you post your art my initial reaction is always this woah :O face and stare at it for a solid five minutes. It's so mesmerizing and how you do the details is so good.

Sorry I'm having a hard time to find the right words in english I'm pretty bad at this but just want you to know that I love seeing your art in the internet hehe

Anonymous you are now my n.1 online pookie and every new artwork I make now I make for you for being so awesome, amazing, and wonderful.

I've been drawing most of my life, and did some art courses throughout highschool and uni, (though these classes were focused on oil painting), but in all honesty I've only really been putting all this effort in since I've started posting online and having other people perceive my work.

The things about smaller details is that it's like a conversation through art, and taking a bit longer with sitting with the work grants you with more insight towards the intentions of the artist and what they're trying to communicate via their work (though ofc art doesn't need small details to be 'good').

I've yapped a bit but gggahhhh this question has really made my day/ week and i will cherish this forever (p.s. your english is heaps better than what I've seen irl you're doing amazing).

Experimenting with colour and at this point idk if i can draw anyone else. A bit unfinished but I don't think I wanted to spend too long on this one.

Inspired by the NewDad 'Madra' art trend, go check out their music, 'Angel' is a really nice track on the album and fits the vampires aesthetic. I also think St. Chroma (and the majority of Chromakopia), Tame Impala's 'Dracula', and Sinners (2025) all have great songs/tracks that fit this guy (this is a plea for anyone to make edits of these songs with him pleaassseeee i beg you).

A fav headcanon of mine is that Abolish is a very distant relative of Louis and looks just ever so slightly like him from the right angle.

I kinda see this sketch as both Owen seeing a reflection of Louis in Abolish's eyes, and Owen revisiting that moment when he sees Louis on the pyre with the townsfolk burning the forest down.

also its kinda difficult to draw a vampire who has white hair, pale skin, and a wolf cut and being able to differentiate him from the other vampires who have white hair, pale skin, and hair cuts that kinda looks like a wolf cut.

also i love both of Abolish's vampire skins - i think the funeral one is my favourite but the red one is so cool too
