Finally, I decided to include a family of elephants (papa, mama and new born baby) and a tree with a romantic sunset as the background. This is my first time drawing #elephants - definitely will explore more in the future. Always love to illustrate tree with my brushes as it is therapeutic and it personally holds a 'homey' meaning to me. Daphne seems like couldn't keep herself 'in' anymore for no matter how I repositioned my body while taking my #artwork, she will appear in any shot. Well, so... Okey.. This is my 3rd attempt using Chinese calligraphy ink with a new Chinese brush from @janehch! Love how it turns out although you will notice there are imperfections (esp if you can read Chinese 😜).
