ik people say "u dont need anyone else, love urself,"(or something along those lines) but idk, when I'm with him I dont focus on the amount of calories i consume. I'm living in the moment with him, being careless, and most importantly, feeling happy. eating becomes so easy, bc he loves when I eat and take care of myself and I love making him smile. ngl there's still a voice in my head going over everything I've eaten and reminding me I'll wake up bloated, but I'm learning to work with her instead of against her. I hope this made sense🤍
