Beautiful party dress with bubble hen. It has a black chiffon overlay with blue jersey under material so it is super comfortable and stretchy and you see both black and blue. The best part is the detailed shoulder strap with sewn in chiffon flowers. Perfect for a formal, prom, or sweet sixteen. I wore it to my sweet sixteen! Hit just above the knee and I’m 5’ 10”. Has some wear on the seams but not noticeable at all. I’m always up to negotiate price! #5
