sometimes I wonder how so many people in the asoiaf fandom know so many quotes and lore about characters that had like two mentions in the series and then I remember that there’s like ten other books or pieces of writing I have yet to read 😭

cersei is such a fun character because she does completely inexcusably awful things but the extreme revolting explicitly gendered and sexualised punishment she faces basically just for being a woman in westeros (instead of any of the actual crimes though i suppose they know about some of them and just cant prove she was poisoning lancel, just that she was fucking him) a punishment that strips her of power and is completely disgustingly cruel in a way i wouldnt wish on any woman no matter how awful, means that if winds of winter came out and cersei nuked kings landing i would go 👍YAY
