Attention Sweethearts
For my Baby Bears, Dealing with anxiety is a struggle many of us sadly face and suffer through here at Honeypot. It’s an obstacle that can effect our day-to-day lives! But no Baby Bear of mine is going to face it alone. Here is what we can do to cope with our anxieties individually and all together.
♡ Get 8 Hours Of Sleep! I know many of you lovelies are night owls, staying up into the wee hours of the morning for whatever reason. But not giving your body the recharge it needs could put additional and unneeded stress on those little shoulders! Which leads to a very nervous baby bear. What you can do: Try turning off all electronic devices an hour before bedtime, and limiting snacks and meals at least three hours before bedtime. You will wake up feeling fuller and way more energized! No room for nervousness here. ♡ Take A Step Back! Sometimes all you need is a little break. Instead of tackling on all those problems and anxieties head on, treat yourself to some relaxation and ‘you’ time!
What you can do: Music, music, music! I cannot stress the magical healing properties of music more. If you’re in a mood, turn on your favorite kiddie jams. Meditate, breathe. Let those bad feelings go away and let yourself get lost in positive vibes. ♡ Drink. Water! I know you’ve heard this a thousand times, this whole site is crazy about it. But they’re completely right, you need water! Caffeinated beverages can aggravate anxiety and even trigger panic attacks.
What you can do: Get yourself a water bottle, baby bear! Sippy cups, babas, you name it. Make it your own, customize and bedazzle until you’re completely satisfied. Be sure to carry it with you, you need to aim for eight glasses a day. Take sips, don’t force yourself. If you think you can’t drink eight, don’t sweat it. Try drinking one when you wake up, one at each meal, and one when you go to bed. Just do your best! Whole pure milk, smoothies, and herbal tea also have water if your sweet tooth just can’t take it.
♡ Don’t Skip Meals! It’s never a good idea to skip a meal. It gives us energy to get through our day! I know some baby bears can’t handle big food in their tummy, so I have some options for you.
What you can do: Six meals a day. Six teeny tiny meals spread out through your day can have you feeling full and satisfied much longer, boost your metabolism, and make you feel accomplished for eating!
Three meals a day. The old fashioned triple mealer is all well and good, but here’s what you’re missing: healthy snacks in between! Keep yourself full with yummy snacks that are actually good for you. Strawberries, mini cheese sandwiches, yogurt, and baby carrots are some of my favorites. Be sure not to eat these before bedtime!
♡ Exercise Daily! Physical activity releases all those ‘feel good’ hormones in your brain, making you happy and less anxious all around.
What you can do: Follow my LW! Little Workout! Turn on your favorite kid show, get comfy down on the floor and stretch! Reach for each leg and get all those stiff places.Work out your arms, legs, and back. Do it for as long or short as you’d like, it can become very relaxing. Or if you’re a little more eager to move, try doing a few super fun jumping jacks and squats. The only hard part is getting in a position where you can see the show! Tell me your progress, if some movement helps you any, and if there’s anything you like to do for your own LWs.
(Side Note: Stuffies and toys LOVE to join) ♡ Write To Learn Expressing yourself through the pen is the best way to discover what makes you anxious or sad.
What you can do: Keep a diary, write down everything that happens in your day and what you would prefer to happen in your day. Write down your meals, your dreams, your goals, what bothers you, what makes you smile. All of it! I’ll keep one right along with you, baby bear. Show me your progress.
If you ever need additional tips and tricks, don’t be afraid to ask! I can never run out. I am also very open to sharing my LWs, daily journal entries, and water logs to give reminders and cope right along next to you.

A lot of little boys seem to think they aren’t wanted, they are! Most people are just used to little girls so they’re surprised to see boys regress. You’re completely welcome here to blush and feel little all you want Romeo.
Babyboys need just as much loves as babygirls. Soft boys are valid and should be praised like the good sweeties they are

💙 How shy most of them are
💙 How they seem to glow when you call them “prince” or “babyboy”
💙 The fact that they need constant reassurance
💙 Some are into being called “pup/py” which is so fitting words can’t even describe
💙 How loud they get when in littlespace
💙 How they get all defensive over Mommy (or any other caregiver name they use)
💙 The way they look with pacis in their mouths
💙 How they pout when told no
💙 How much they love and appreciate their caregivers for letting them be little
💙 They never let any meanies tell them “boys are supposed to be dominant” because obviously they’re little and will put up a disagreement
