Well then, let me welcome you to Camp Weehawken, kid! You’re gonna have a blast, here; it’s the best camp around. And don’t worry, I’m sure you’ll earn plenty of these dimes durin’ your stay here, but I’ve got to see that you’re a good camper before I go handin’ any out to you. Which I’m sure won’t be a problem, if you’re as good as you say you are, heh.
But, if you want a good tip, a good camper always dresses correctly.
[He gestures to his untied laces.]

Hmm… [Radio thinks the deal through for a good moment.]
[On one hand, he could have this kid prance around and advertise his fantastic badges to the rest of the campers. But on the other, the kid could abuse having one badge already and break the deal…]
[Then again, he did promise him three, so the second option didn’t seem very likely.]

[his face seems to light up as he looks at the buttons happily. he considers all of them before politely grabbing to the heart one and putting it on right away] this one! because ima be a Star camper and I want everyone to know! thanks mister button! [he checks to make sure his shoes are still tied before making a ‘x’ motion over his chest and pushing his curls back] Cross my heart and hope to die I promise to keep my shoes well tied!~
Wilbur: *Looms over Bailey, grinning* Helllllllllooooooo, Who might this be?
[bailey was unpacking his things, working on organizing his suitcases to fit nicely under his bed. When he heres the other he jumps up and squeaks in surprise] AH!...o-oh you must be a camper!
