I did some minor changes on the "Feel it?" wallpaper:
- I replaced the heartbeat sound, with a (hopefully) better one.
- I separated the Heartbeat and the Breathing volume slider
- I fused some first version functions (aka.: Show / Hide heart, and Visible heartbeat toggle) into one option
- Fixed some parts of the animation

—Míralo —susurró el coleccionista, colocando el corazón en una bandeja de plata en el centro del suelo—. Míralo latir por ti una última vez antes de que regrese a su hogar.
Retiró la mordaza de la víctima. Un hilo de saliva espesa cayó al suelo mientras el joven jadeaba, sus ojos fijos en la bandeja con una mezcla de terror y una lujuria animal. El coleccionista le puso una correa de cuero al cuello y le soltó las manos solo lo suficiente para que pudiera apoyarse en el suelo. Como un perro hambriento, la víctima se abalanzó sobre su propio corazón, hundiendo los dientes en la fibra muscular dorada y llena de ajo. El calor de su propia carne quemándole la lengua le provocó un gemido de puro éxtasis.

La víctima detuvo su festín, mirando hacia atrás con los labios manchados de sangre y grasa, moviendo las caderas desesperadamente contra la mano que le negaba el alivio.
—Pero solo por una hora —sentenció el coleccionista—. Disfrutarás de la plenitud sesenta minutos antes de que vuelva a abrirte, antes de que vuelva a sacarlo y volvamos a empezar.
—Sí... —logró articular el joven, su voluntad quebrada por la dependencia sensorial—. Una hora... solo una hora... sí, sí , soy tan afortunado, tan afortunado
El coleccionista sonrió y reanudó el bombeo con una violencia renovada. El joven se derritió, ladrando gemidos de placer y agonía, devorando su propio corazón mientras se entregaba a la única persona que sabía que su vacío era el único espacio donde realmente podía existir.

On the maple wood board, the victim's heart beat with insulting health, a mass of scarlet muscle veined by a thin layer of yellow fat that shimmered under the halogen light. The collector licked his lips, feeling a pang of hunger born directly in his groin. With a blunt motion, he brought the meat mallet down on the organ. The beat stopped for an agonizing instant, crushed against the wood, only to resume its pace with renewed fury, a survival spasm that made the entire board vibrate.
With ice-cold precision, the collector minced garlic and onions, letting the vegetable juices mix with the serum exuding from the muscle. He took the knife and sank the blade between the ventricles, carving deep slits into the living flesh. The heart writhed under the steel, but the collector held it firmly to stuff the garlic pieces inside. It was an obscene sight: the organ, wounded and profaned, continued to pump with desperate strength, as if trying to expel the seasoning that was now part of its anatomy.
The cast-iron griddle smoked upon the wood. As he brought it closer, the heart seemed to foresee the torment; its rhythm quickened into a frenetic tremble. When the collector placed it on the searing metal, the shriek of the searing flesh drowned out the gasps of the victim watching from the corner. The aroma of browned meat and garlic flooded the air as the collector flipped it with tongs, allowing both sides to sear, keeping the center raw, pulsating, and overflowing with life.
"Look at it," the collector whispered, placing the heart on a silver tray in the center of the floor. "Watch it beat for you one last time before it returns home."
He removed the victim's gag. A string of thick saliva fell to the floor as the young man gasped, his eyes fixed on the tray with a mixture of terror and animal lust. The collector fastened a leather leash around his neck and loosened his hands just enough for him to brace himself on the floor. Like a starving dog, the victim lunged at his own heart, sinking his teeth into the golden, garlic-stuffed muscle fiber. The heat of his own flesh burning his tongue elicited a moan of pure ecstasy.
As the young man devoured the remains of his life, the collector positioned himself behind him. His hand wrapped around the victim's erect member, squeezing with a brutal force that sought out pain. The young man arched, swallowing chunks of pulsating muscle while feeling his captor's rough pumping.
"You do it so well, my little beast," the collector murmured, stopping his hand's motion right at the edge of climax, pressing the glans with his thumb until the victim let out a cry of frustration. "When you finish, I will sew you up again. You will be whole."
The victim stopped his feast, looking back with lips stained with blood and grease, desperately moving his hips against the hand denying him relief.
"But only for an hour," the collector decreed. "You will enjoy fullness for sixty minutes before I open you up again, before I take it out again and we start over."
"—Yes… —the young man managed to articulate, his will shattered by sensory dependency—. One hour… just one hour… yes, yes, I am so lucky, so lucky."
The collector smiled and resumed the pumping with renewed violence. The young man melted, barking moans of pleasure and agony, devouring his own heart as he surrendered to the only person who knew that his emptiness was the only space where he could truly exist.

Download ResusBox version 0.13.5 from here: https://www.pixiv.net/artworks/131957871.
Unzip “Artoria CPR by Dizzy.zip” (the file on my Fanbox page) and put the extracted files in the game’s root folder.
Open ResusBox, go to Game → Package Manager, pick any .rbp file in the root folder you want to play, and hit Install. You can then start playing.
I feel like i have made a audio adjustment to my liking. Through DeskFX, i have made a "heartbeat" profile to maximize clarity and fidelity of my video files.
currently i have: Low Pass- 100hz, High pass- 50hz, Amplify- 200%, Bass boost- 5db.
