🎒 Little Bag Checklist 🎒
✨ When traveling throughout little space, it can be very useful to have all your little gear altogether! That’s why many cadets have their very own little bag!✨
✨ A little bag, or age regression bag, is any bag used to store and carry your little stuff place to place. It doesn’t have to actually be little, it can be big or small, have a cute pattern or be a solid color, all that matters is that it can hold your stuff! It can be an old backpack, a mini backpack, a suitcase, a purse, or even a lunch box! ✨
✨ So now that you know what it is, what do you put in it? Well, anything you want! Every cadet has different needs, so every cadet has different gear! However, if you have absolutely no clue what to put, here are some ideas! You don’t have to have absolutely everything listed, and you can even mix and match to suit your needs! ✨
🎒 The Basics 🎒
✨ No matter if you’re traveling or staying at home, these items are great to have if you’re a little space cadet! ✨
🌠 Pacifier - In case you need a little soothing, having a paci on hand is great! It can help calm you down or even keep icky fingers out of your mouth!
🌠 Teether - Some littles find chewing more soothing than sucking, so in that case, a teether is more suitable!
🌠 Small Stuffie - Having a little friend nearby can help alot, especially if they’re soft or textured! You can even get a licensed character to show off a fandom you’re in!
🌠 Bottle/Sippy Cup - As long as it’s leakproof, it’s great to throw a bottle or sippy into your little bag in case you get a bit thirsty! Water is the best choice, but feel free to have some juice if you want!
🌠 Wipes - Whether they’re individually packaged or come in a travel pack, wipes are just a good thing to have in general! They can help clean up sticky fingers, a dropped paci, and many other messes, which makes this a must have!
🌠 Bandages - They can come in various colors, and may even have some familiar faces on them! So whether it’s for a papercut, scrape, or just to be used as “stickers”, they certainly will find a use!
🌠 Pull-Ups/Diapers - Just in case you’re feeling especially little, having some protection on hand can make you feel extra, well, protected!
🌠 Coloring/Activity Book and Crayons/Colored Pencils - Coloring books are great to help keep yourself occupied in case of little space! You can get a simple kid’s one or even a detailed adult one!
🌠 A Kid’s Book - Whether it’s a small chapter book or a board book full of pretty pictures, having a nice book to read can be great! Sometimes slipping into a fictional world or getting enthralled by nice imagery first can making slipping into little space much more easier!
🌠 Snack/Treat - Sometimes having a yummy granola bar, some animal crackers, or even a lollipop, can help make a journey throughout little space go as smoothly as possible!
🌠 Portable Gaming Console and Games - Playing fun games rated E for everyone or EC for early childhood is a great way to entertain yourself! If you don’t have a gaming console, but have a phone or tablet, feel free to download fun apps!
🌠 Music Player - It can be a MP3 player, an Ipod, or even your phone, if you can create a playlist - or more - for little space, it can really help! Listening to kids’ music, or even just songs that help you feel little, can go a long way!
🎒 Undercover Little Space 🎒
✨ For when you aren’t exactly “out of the toy box” so to speak, but still want to have something nearby in case of unintended take-off into little space! ✨
🌠 Cute Water Bottle - Staying hydrated is very important! If you happen to have a cute, fun water bottle, which so happens to have a spout, you’re just taking care of your health!
🌠 Chewable Jewelry - Able to be disguised as a fashionable piece of jewelry, these are great for littles that enjoy teethers! Made out of food safe silicon, many are as, or even more, durable than a baby teether! If in a pinch, many pendants can even easily be sucked on as a replacement for pacifiers!
🌠 Multicolored Pen(s) and Notepad/Journal - While crayons may be questionable, having a multicolored pen (or several colorful pens) is just very responsible! After all, you may need to take some very important notes or draw some very important pictures!
🌠 Activity Book - Think word searches, crosswords, mazes, and hidden pictures! They’re really common activities to do, and they’re great for the mind!
🌠 Fidget Toys - Whether it’s a fidget cube, fidget spinner, tangle, or squishy, they’re all tools to help stimulate your brain for optimal levels of functioning! As a plus, they come in all sorts colors and designs, so they are sure to fit your aesthetic!
🌠 Toy/Collectable Keychain - They’re basically just mini toys or stuffies, which can make finding your keys much easier! However, if you just want to hang one on your bag, that’s fine too! They can make a great accessory to show off some interest of yours!
✨ So now that you have all your gear gathered together, feel free to have a wonderful time in little space! Have fun, cadets! ✨
I drew a cute little poster thing for myself! Also I drew my blankie from @grumpypacifiers

How to deal with Little Meltdowns
This is how my daddy calms me down after I have a meltdown (I’m not ALWAYS perfect…)
If your little is not already laying on a comfy surface try to get them that way.
Your little will most likely face away from you. Big spoon them and drape an arm around
If your little tries to tell you to go away, don’t unless they insist. then move your arm but don’t roll away.
At this point, once daddies arm is moved, I usually freak out that he moved.
This, is how he gets me to turn over.
Cuddle your little into your arms and talk to them calmly.Tell them you love them. That it’s okay. Comfort them. Kiss their head. Brush their hair with your hands.
Once your little has calmed a bit, reach for the nearest stuffie
Say “OH LOOK! (stuffie name) IS HUGGING YOU
If the little laughs, smother them with kisses, yours and the stuffies
if they keep crying repeat step 6 until you get to 9
Once your little is stable enough to talk, make sure whatever issue there was is resolved.
Make sure to cuddle, give juice, paci, blankets. Make them feel safe again
Alright guys! This might not work for every Caregiver and Little but here is a general outline of one of daddies favorite ways to calm me down. Of course, it’s different depending on the situation and this is a very general version but I thought I would share this with you guys!!!!
I made a new wallpaper!
Design an agere movie night! Suggested by @cutiemoore and @littleloverly.
I’d pick Zootopia, pizza, a snow cone, and the kitty!
I pick Zootopia, nachos, popsicle and the kitty!
I pick Zootopia, popcorn, snow cone, and the giraffe!
Underrated Things Caregivers Say
◇ sweetheart/honey/any other pet name not used as often
◇ nonononoooo you’ll get hurt, let mommy/daddy do it
◇ aww, is my little one getting sleepy?
◇ is someone feeling little, hm? Wanna be little for mommy/daddy?
◇ (with stern voice) baaaby, dont even think about it
◇ (while this isnt verbal, actions speak louder than words) EVERYTHING ABOUT THE DADDY/MOMMY VOICE + “LOOK”
◇ I think someone needs to be little
◇ talking in third person (mommy/daddy loves you, etc.)
◇ does my baby need _____?
◇ does someone wanna watch (favorite movie/show)?
for littles who get migraines
migraines can be a lot of pain. they can make you cry and not be able to function, even make you pass out or throw up. it’s defiantly not fun having them, but sometimes we don’t have a clue on what’ll help us! i have chronic migraines so i’m going to share a few things i’ve learned that helps!!
🍼 try to have some caffeine (coffee, soda, tea) just don’t have too much caffeine
🍼 make sure you’ve eaten and had enough water!! even if you have, water and food may help
🍼 if you can, take some headache medicine
🍼 get in a dark room with no noise (if you need to watch something, watch something calm with not a lot of screaming or anything)
🍼 try to nap! sometimes your head will hurt too much that you can’t nap, so try to watch something or read or color if you’d like
🍼 stay away from blue light!!! that includes your phone and computer. it’ll just make your migraine worse!!
🍼 cuddle with your stuffies and animals so you feel safe
🍼 take a warm bath in the dark! maybe light a candle or turn on a night light in the bathroom. just stay in your bath in the dark, it really helps me!
🍼 if someone is around, have them massage your neck if your neck is hurting
🍼 reminder that if you have migraines a lot, you should only take medicine for them TWICE a week. if you take headache medicine more than that (unless you have prescribed medicine that tells you how often to take it) then you can get rebound headaches!!
🍼 know that the migraine will pass. it’s an awful experience and it’s very painful. but it’ll go away and you’ll be back to your happy self soon!
🍼 try drinking something bubbly! sprite always helps me even though there’s no caffeine! something about the bubbles just helps me
🍼 if you’re able to, get all the things that make you happy and just relax (stuffies, coloring book, favorite sippy cup, etc).

if youve never physically been in the presence of like, a real live wolf, and you probably wont get the chance to, heres some stuff about them you should know
a wolf’s fur is so unbelievably thick that you can get like, your whole hand into it while petting. and then you can keep going
wolves are a lot bigger than you think they are. think about how big you think a wolf is then just like double that
they dont really smell like dog but they DO smell and youre not going to be able to figure out if its a good smell or not
a wolf really wants to lick the inside of your mouth. he will not stop trying to lick the inside of your mouth at any cost, and generally speaking you need to press your lips together kind of tightly when he approaches your face so that he doesnt worm his damn tongue in there to give you what he thinks is an appropriate greeting
a wolf doesnt really want to look at you while you pet him but he wants you to pet him. hes embarrassed
if a grown ass wolf decides to lay down on you, you just have to deal with it and thats your life now
young wolves, much like young dogs, are overwhelmingly goofy and stupid. a teenage wolf will see your very fragile, very human shoulder and go “i can probably step on that with my full weight” and then he will do it
letting a wolf eat out of your hand is actually not remotely frightening, and youll want to do it all day
I wanna know who did this research.
well, i did!
We need a pet wolfff!! @fluffypupperboy @cutiebabylioncub
