๐A Caregivers Guide To Fun Activities For Your He/Him Little๐ฆ Part One!
Note: All of these activities can be enjoyed by anyone. Not one activity is exclusive to male identifying littles๐ฅฐ
Take some time on a nice sunny cool day to grab a ball and throw it around! Or even take them to a local park or beach and play frisbee or volleyball. Its a nice way to bond, have fun, and exercise! But make sure to wear plenty of sunscreen and drink water!
If your little is a bug lover then go to a local park and bring your trusty net and bucket! Go around digging in the dirt, searching in bushes, trees and the grass to spot and look for cool bugs! But BE CAREFUL! We donโt want to hurt these little guys so make sure to either leave them alone or handle with careโบ๏ธ You can even collect them in a small container with holes or a bucket to look at them and name them before releasing them back into the wild! Make sure not to bring any new friends back with you and donโt disturb any obvious nests or homes!
๐ Swimming and Sandcastles๐
Go to a local pool or beach and have some fun in the waves! Collect shells, have a sandcastle building contest, or just splash around. Make sure your little is a strong swimmer before heading out! Bring a towel, sunscreen, and maybe even something fun like water guns or pool noodles! If youโre at the beach bringing a pair of goggles and a snorkel would be fun too so you can spot the various fish underwater๐ฌ
Get a cute craft kit from your local craft store! My favorite ones are the slime making, fossil digging, or jewelry making kits! Its a easy fun activity to fill your afternoon and you get a cool toy after!
๐Dungeons and Dragons โ๏ธ
This one might be a bit of a surprise but what little doesnโt want to defeat monsters, tame a dragon, or defend a town? Learn how to play and create your own session of dungeons and dragons (little friendly of course!) You can create and draw your own characters, go on a fun adventure and make new friends with this fun game!
Indoor or outdoor camping can be a blast! Set up a small tent outside or build a pillow fort indoors. Use a projector, laptop, phone, or tv to play your favorite movie and camp there all night with some snacks and stuffies!! It gives you a comfy cozy spot to sleep for the night and donโt forget your flashlight to make shadow puppets with!
Pretend to be a pirate and make a fun treasure map of a local park, your backyard, a beach, or other safe location! The caregiver can hide a fun prize where X marks the spot and the little must follow the clues to find it! This can create lots of fun play and it a nice activity for even multiple littles to participate in!
Get a group of friends together to play some fun games! You can go play lazer tag, mini golf or even go to an arcade and play games there! This one will cost a little bit of money so make sure youโre prepared but its very fun for a special trip! Littles can bond with other littles and caregivers and make lots of new friends this way!
