Little self indulgent lore dump~

Princess Luna and general Osiris, her lover.

This is one of their earlier meetings, not a professional one, as seen by their lack of armor/royal garb.

Osiris snuck up on her after she’d finished raising the moon. He was there to train with the palace guards, afterwards hoping to “accidentally” bump into his favorite princess.

He loves to tease her. It is quite the spectacle to see the stoic ruler of the dream world act in such a way.

She wasn’t use to the feelings the general brought with him, even with being alive so long. VERY few ponies n creatures catch her eye in the way he has.

Luna also wasn’t use to how close he’d get to her, not that she doesn’t enjoy it. If it were someone else, they probably wouldn’t live to tell the tale, and Osiris takes mild advantage of the fact that she seems to fancy him.

They’d first met when celestia and twilight made way to expand and diversify the royal guards. They employed the griffins for their reputation of being some of the most skilled fighters in all of equestria. With Luna being a regular sparing partner for both day and night guards it only seemed natural that she’d test their skills.

Osiris being the one she dueled and was surprisingly defeated by. After that day, it was clear their connection was written in the stars, and the rest is history. (Until I draw it up lmao)
