Struggling so much with doom scrolling. And it’s triggering the hell out of me.
I keep looking at everything I do and feeling this intense embarrasement and shame HELP
Introduced myself in group and told everyone “Any Pronouns” but everyone only uses she/her like. I’m going to start biting. I don’t even know why I’m angry. I’m usually fine with them except lately they feel weird and uncomfortable and irritable. Maybe cuz they’re only perciving me as a cis girl.
To make a very long update short, I was hospitalized for depression and anxiety and sh/si and to make things worse I had a ton of dysphoria that I’ve never experienced before. It was like being around people and seeing how they percieve me was such a stark contrast to how I see myself. I mean I know I’m nonbinary but being pre-t and top surgery was never a big deal before. And now I’m like. Comparing myself to the guys there like. What the fuck why am I not more like that. I also accidentally outed myself but everyone was fine so wtvr. Sorry I have JUMBLED thoughts right now.
SUPER thinking about trying he/they/pup pronouns. I don’t know.

batman. ive played 2 of the games watched three of the movies and ive been binging gotham. something is wrong
deltarune. similar to my utter fixation (to an unhealthy point) on undertale. im less mentally ill though so its ok. my favorite character is susie.
