Tumblr is specifically banning CONTENT, NOT ENTIRE BLOGS! Don’t lose your hard-earned followings just yet! I know this is a big loss for the sex worker community but there may be some hope left for us here. A lot of people have been talking about using censors, posting non-nude ads, etc. so don’t delete your blogs just yet! It’s irreversible and you may regret it later on. Wait it out, and let’s see where this goes. We WILL adapt. ❤️

I see a lot of people saying tumblr won’t be allowing any nsfw content at all, I just want to point out that artistic nudity is still allowed under their rules as long as it’s illustrative or written work.

The new rules are very similar to DA rules, for illustrations you cannot show explicit sex, but nudity is allowed. So if you can post it on DA, you can probably post it here.

It’s written in a confusing way, but that’s what it says.

However, real-life adult content is pretty much disallowed unless it’s educational in nature.

They also aren’t nuking blogs entirely, if you read the post, they’ll be setting your violating posts to private and you can archive or remove them manually after they determine what breaks the new content rules.

Not advocating for people to stay (tumblr isn’t even my main site), just giving you a heads up so you don’t go nuking your own blogs early or removing all of your offending content when you don’t need to go through all that work (tumblr is going to, according to their blog posts).

Well, it was fun while it lasted, as of the 17th tumblr will no longer have any adult content, which means all NSFW blogs will be terminated. After nearly 5 years of running this blog and all my other porn blogs I have to say this is a sad day. I have found so many artsists on tumblr that I’d never know about otherwise. This place has been one of my favorite for porn, and I am deeply saddened to see it go.

So, surprising no one at this point, they’ve finally confirmed they’re putting a stop to explicit erotic content here on Tumblr. I like to respect rules, so from Dec 17 you will no longer see me upload illustrations here.

At this point there are 72,180 of you following me here on Tumblr, more than I have anywhere else combined by a pretty good margin, and I have to admit I’m a little bit nervous about how losing you will affect my future growth, but let’s hope it turns out alright.

This might be my last post here on Tumblr, so I’d like to take this opportunity to thank every one of you who have liked and reblogged my work, and everyone who commented and left me private messages saying you enjoy what I do. It always means a lot to me and has helped keep me happy over the past four years. :)
