In Super Mario RPG, the hidden Grate Guy's Casino area features a minigame played against Grate Guy, called "Look the Other Way". When a round starts, Grate Guy will say "Look... the other..." before a brief pause and saying "Way!" while pointing in a direction, with the player's aim being to make Mario look in the opposite direction.

In the Nintendo Switch version of the game, a glitch can occur when playing this game whereby if the player holds a diagonal position on the Control Stick and presses A extremely quickly, Grate Guy's text will become corrupted. Instead of saying "Look... the other... Way!" he will say "Look... the other... Wta yo!n 🇱)"
