this is going to be mostly a side blog to dump doodles and such while not being too precious about what i post. (hopefully. fingers crossed.)
some notes to keep in mind before interacting + following (if this is relevant to you):
i am in my mid 20s, a fujoshi and a hobby artist
rn a big interest for me is kirby. i'm relatively new and still getting acquainted with more of the games + additional materials. i don't know much about the fandom outside of a couple friends and i am a little reserved so i might be on the quiet side!
that being said:
i ship kirby!! i think my perception of him leans closer to eastern fans' (as that's where i'm predominantly exploring fanart and twitter content) so with that in mind please understand i like to ship him with his friends.
if it's any reassurance: i don't see kirby and others similar to him as particularly young (sure theyre youthful but i dont think they're straight up children or something like that) + i don't view any of the main squad (kirby, bandana dee, dedede, meta knight) with familial bonds. i myself personally really like dedekabi and marxkabi, but like plenty more as well. if any of these ships make you uncomfortable feel free to mute or block or do whatever it is you need to do, i will not take it personally. o7
i do respect the intentions of others with their artworks and depictions and would never want to overstep if it makes one uncomfortable. i just had a bit of a culture shock going into this series and finding out a lot of the bonds i see have a very strong fanon interpretation that i don't personally find myself aligning with.
i'm generally ship-friendly and an omnivore multishipper (not very fixed) and really like gijinkas! i will be drawing gijinkas of my own lol
