Deadbolts || Sacred Days || Leo + Seung Jo ||
Well, that was all a proper mess wasn’t it? Really seemed like everyone here was well, innocent in their perhaps now, imagined part in kidnapping him. Well, either way, at the same time you couldn’t deny that that in itself could be a sham. Was that digging into it too much? Probably, that was always his problem wasn’t it – ‘don’t overthink it’ – ‘you really hurt yourself when you do that’.
It was curiouser – and curiouser. The bugs were… odd, not right, too far fetched for any location. Perhaps that meant they were in… a dome? A dome… no, that’s too scifi... and he didn't really care for that genre at all. Too much spaceships and quantum whatevers.
It still didn’t matter, any of it, there was no trusting here – no trust until proven…. Proven… something.
Words were trapped in his throat.
Either way – Leo walked up – deliberately avoiding bumping into anyone even in the slightest, a light footwork miracle in fact. When his hands were on it, he got to unraveling the parchment and staring down at it. Ok – never mind the map – there was a room, a room that would be just his. Ahh yes… a safe space.
Not wanting to be questioned – or worse, having to explain himself to anyone else – Leo ran off between the crowd, again dodging just about everyone, ghosting if you will.
It wasn’t even a long run to the housing, which was surprisingly beautiful… well, you know, for ruins.
Leo gave a quick scan for the room number—and there it was… however there raised a problem. A large man was unlocking his door right next to it… he looked like he was having a lot of trouble.
Great….great… Leo rolled her eyes and contemplated whether to just wait til he left or--- ehh…
Slowly approaching Leo tried to be invisible – getting close enough to hear the other swearing under his breath. It certainly didn’t help Leo – who was putting everything into being unnoticeable, despite being less than 2 or 3 feet away from the other. She also tried to unlock her door but to no avail -- and apparently the other had had enough with his door –slamming against it—startling Leo who dropped her own key, which clattered to the floor under the other.
But his door opened… without the key? It just, pushed open….? Leo lightly pushed on his own door which swung up silently…. But then he turned back to the other, clearing his throught nervously.
“ ---Excuse me…. My key is—well it’s underneath your feet… “
{ Even if the door didn’t unlock }
{Even if there isn’t even a slot }
{ Its useless but I’d still like it } – god he was in for it now… ridicule.
Even though it seemed that the doors really didn’t have key slots on the outside… was the guy just putting the key into a crack in the wooden door? … This was a mess.
All Leo was praying for was for a lack of transferred aggression.
