Happy New Year!!!

and other stuff

If anyone would read this I just want to wish all of You a Happy New Year, to find what You need in life and a true fulfillment. Also lets hope it'll be better then the last one.

And well if you want happy stuff just end on this. But if for whatever reason anyone wants to keep reading following stuff will be a lot more somber.

Last year at this time I was motivated and happy (still dunno how it happened) and tried to do stuff, get back into art and being productive. This start is not so good. Motivation has abandoned the house and discipline was never in, and with no real deadlines instant gratification monkey never gets off the steering wheel (if you don't know the reference watch "inside the mind of master procrastinator" on yt, still a gem). Mind you I still have ideas for more art and comics and i would fucking love to make them a reality. But the doing part never seems to come- whenever I have no time I daydream about sitting and drawing something, but when I actually can and sit down I never seem to be able to do anything. I have severe drawing anxiety- the fear of it not turning how i want it and butchering the ideas that i have in my mind is crippling. I somehow managed to fight it last year, again not sure how, but now it seems insurmountable. Know that I am sorry for baiting you into following me, thinking i may amount to something that you would enjoy. Another thing is I have been struggling with gender dysphoria a lot more last year. For a long time i had thought how much better it would be being a girl, but i thought that was just a stupid kink and enjoyment of tftg art. But this last year I was looking at trans content, and was finding a lot of the signs in what my past experiences. I am still not sure about myself. Am i trans or enby? Who know, I for sure don't. And to be honest I have no way of knowing (that will tie in the next paragraph. But I am also a very mature adult (turned 34 last month), so also if I did find out for sure that i am trans that could also be even worse. Know that being a woman would feel better, and not being able achieve even with medication a look that would feel good. I am not even mention passing as woman. That would be excruciating - know the better way and have no hope to achieve it. I am sure there would be no coming back from that for me. Last thing is lack of meaningful human connection. I mean i have one very awesome friend, he was with me for most of my life and would have my back for almost anything... but i tried to subtly talk to him about lgbtq+ matters and he is very ignorant about it. So i cannot have a honest conversation about that one thing with him. Also a lot of ppl i considered close friends have been behaving more like acquaintances, so yea my social network is shrinking very rapidly. Also for my whole life I had a problem with making new connections, even in places that made you meet new ppl, like school or uni. I never did good at parties or larger gathering, and I dunno how to start or hold a longer conversation with new ppl unless i already know our shared interests. Now being adult that seems impossible for me. I am not a member of any community either. I considered myself a furry for a long time, but thb I feel like a guest here. That is my fault- i always engaged with content in a passive way, viewing and liking thing but rarely talking. Felt I never had anything interesting to say and didn't want to be annoying or waste anyone's time. Would love to meet some lgbtq+, both irl and online, talk about this stuff. But life is what it is. Dunno where i was heading with all this. Guess just wanted to get it off my chest, even if only by writing to myself.

Hey everyone. Long time no hear, huh.

So wanted to do a little update on things. I dreaded writing this for a past few days. The drawing, exercising, general motivation and mood were a total garbage this last few months. I tried forcing some discipline on myself this last week, getting to draw at least some sketch every day and started doing light exercise again.

Also I keep getting favs over @fa for the stella tf comic for which I am grateful and that gave me the push to try and draw something again. With how it's going, I considered not posting anything at all, but in the end I felt that would be unfair to these ppl and ppl who gave me a follow here and watch over @FA .

Frankly it is not going good. I am very unhappy with how the sketches are turning out and changes i tried to do did nothing to how inconsistent and bad looking they were.

So the things were looking bleak. Until today when for the first time I did a sketch that I consider looking half decent. So maybe that will give a few days of motivation to try and replicate it. Things are still not looking good, but maybe there is something to polish in this turd of me.

The sketches on the left are from around may- where i tried to do more study on how i wanted to Stolas and Stellas faces to look. I did not like how I drew them and how inconsistent in the comic they were, so i tried to get them more structured. Back then I nailed Stolas quite fast. But getting Stellas 3/4 view did not go well. That is what i tried to pick up form this week. And as you can see the results are disappointing. Any but the last sketch of this dump would not get more than 3/10 from me. The last one is at least decent at 5 or 6/10, so that is something I'll try to work from.

I don't want to rant much longer, so that will be all form me for now. Dunno if anyone cares, but I'll try to do something more and get something to post. I really hope I will.

I wish everything best for all of You. If you only hang on, that is good enough for now. As long as we do there is yet some hope for the better to come.

A bit late, but still in season right?

So yea, as I mentioned previously had a quite big slump so sorry for not posting anything. Just have not been able to draw. But i got this concept into my mind for easter and wanted to try and do it in season.

In my opinion turned out quite good. Also used my pink pencil to do sketch first and then normal one over it to try and make a "clean up" faster. Having that easy out of "the pink lines don't have to be perfect" seemed to be a nice out to kill drawing hesitation.

Have not worked in anything other yet. But I'll try to do some more Stola comic. In the meantime I've been playing Ragnarok Online. Played this thing as a kid, the graphics still hold out ok and gameplay is nostalgia.

Cat-Hell Memes

That one cat meme you know the one... the uhh.. contempt upon the uncaring. Via's pose like this was one of the drafts in the first part of the comic. When I was doing drafts my mind immediately went to this meme. So here I finished the concept.

Pop Stola I tried to make this as my avatar for FA and I learned 2 things: 1) Trying to animate in Krita is hell. Never again. 2) Animated avatars on FA for some reason do not look right to me

Head Studies and Updates

► Sketches: So here's a dump of my last month of daily sketching. There are a lot more but 30s and 1min gesture drawing is not a lot too look at (but there was a lot of improvement there- form barely getting form of the head in 30s to starting to draw basic expressions on them). When drawing daily there seemed to not be a lot of going on but looking back at the start there is a bit of improvement.

► Updates: Last 2 weeks were rough. Especially this week. I was going to bed tired and keep waking up tired. Didn't have much energy or motivation to do anything. I got about 3 months of being productive- maybe there is not much to show for it, but to me it felt like a lot. But now seems like mental is acting up again. I wanted to thank anyone who like what I uploaded. And to say sorry. With how it usually was I expect uploads to slow down considerably for an unknown length of time. Hopefully this doesn't turn into a full on blown episode and in some time I'll be able to do something meaningful again, but it's hard to know.

Mornings After part 3/3

If I can't be there for my daughter, then what use am I at all?

After meeting her daughter, Stola here is having a bit of dysphoria. Before meeting Blitz again everything Stolas did was for his daughter- trying to make a family for her. Now that she and Stella have better relations, it seems the one with Via took a dive into the pits of hell (pun intended- always intend your puns!). Getting her most important relationship destroyed like that is sure to have an effect on Stola.

So there it is, Via's chapter complete. In the og show this was THE most important relationship for me, so i thought it fitting to also take it seriously here. And it is a bitter one.

I plan to do at least 2 more chapters: with Blitz and Andrealphus, and these two will be much more lighthearted. Dunno though if I will get to drawing it instantly. I think I'll take a small break from Stola and make something different.

Practice week 7 and 8

►Sketches: These 2 weeks were dedicated to gesture drawing. I was using line of action class mode for 30 min https://line-of-action.com/practice-tools/figure-drawing/ . So the format was 10 poses for 30s, 5 for 1 min, 2 for 5 mins and 1 for 10 min. I like the progress that i made during this time- i feel like i caputred poses better and also faster. A lot of the shortest sketches were omited from the upload- that would take too much space.

► Updates: Only 1 part of the Vias chapter from Stola comic to go. Hopefully I'll upload it in next 1-3 days.

►Thoughts: I am now doing daily faces practice. Watching a lot of Proko tutorials (you can find him on yt) about face drawing. Though practice goes worse than with the poses. But what can you do. Will have to draw them for more than 2 weeks it seems. Outsied of that life hit a bit harder last 2 weeks- a few double shifts at work and a lot of work during the day in general. Energy levels and motivation is running on a low side. Non-tf stola comic getting a lot less traction than the initial one, also almost no comments. TBH I would be happy to get some opinions about what I draw, I do not have a way to get it in real life so I hoped to get some form internet ppl. So if anyone have any critique or advice on drawing feel free to chime in, it would be most welcome

Mornings After page 2

Welp doing paintings for this took longer than expected, after that everything just went smoothly. On technical level i tried to play with a composition a bit more here, rule of thirds and the like. Only one more part of Via arc to go.

Via wakes up already expecting another morning argument with her morning coffee, what awaits her is even more surprising. Wonder what she saw.

Look at that proud bird mom presenting new bird mom. Someone is not amused though.

Via: What is this shit? Stola: What do you mean? Stella: Isn't this what you wanted dear? A happy family?

V:Like hell it is! I wanted MY family, not whatever this clone shit is! I want MY DAD and MOM! Ste: Octavia You will not speak to Your Mother like this! Sto: Well this is what you have and you better be happy!

And here we see the Stola not really being used to her new temper and explosiveness.

Stola: No, wait… Via this is… Stella: Ahh let the girl be, she will cry herself out and then come back like always.

Seems like someone has some regrets. Stella on the other hand seen plenty outbursts like this. What She did not see though, that every time it happened Stolas was the one to go to Vias room to sit with and comfort her.

► Comic thoughts: So this is the 2nd part of the Stola TF comic I did. It will have 3 parts, which will be posted when finished. This part though I think is the most complicated one and all 3 are already drawn. Next one will be uploaded when finished, but it should take much shorter than this one. Hopefully both will be finished next week, but one will be for sure. Also if anyone reads this- do you prefer getting uploads of comics like this gradually or all at once? After Octavias comic gets uploaded fully finished, next thing I'll draw will not be related to this story. After next comic I'll probably get back to this and do followups with Andrealphus and Blitzo.

► Updates: In other news there will be no weekly sketches this week. This and next week were me doing poses gesture drawings, and I will upload both week together next weekend- there are mostly sketches and lines so you all get a comic instead of that. Now I am doing head studies to improve my general drawing skills, as of now its not going as good as the gesture drawing did. What can you do though.

Week 6

► Drawings: 4.1-4.4- Doll, Bloodborne- The first one is a drawing form reference and it did not go well. I Tried drawing straight from reference without much thought about forms and why things look like things. Face was also very bad. So next days I went to try and draw just face- 4.2 is better but turned out like a man cosplaying doll, 4.3 was decent. 4.4 is maybe simpler in therms of detail than 4.1 but that was drawing with thinking- why the shapes and clothes look the way they are and how they fold. Turned out decent. 6.4 & 5- Akuma & Chun-li, Street fighter- Wanted to try doing a more complex pose and some back. While it turned out okay my pose skill require more training. Also thunder thighs. 6.6 & 7- Octavia & Andrealphus, Helluva Boss- Octavia is fine, not much to talk about here. Andres eyes look a bit bad, but other than that this is fine.

► Updates: Finished drawing next part of Stola comic, now I need to do digital touch ups and colour it. Wanted to get the first part this weekend uploaded, but due to a couple of emergency double shifts this week it got delayed. This part will have 3 major story beats and it will be uploaded when I finish each story beat.

► Thoughts: After doing the 6.4 & 6.5 poses i went and did 2 weeks of gesture drawings excercises. I think that payed off, but truly it is to be seen in future. Other than that not much happened, work is tiring. But we keep on keeping on, stay well friends.

Week 5: Souls sucking vampires and Dio's also there

► Drawings: 6.3 Dio- JoJos Bizzare adventures- wanted to try some more extreme poses. I am happy with the general look of the body, head is cancer. 5.4-6.2 So the one image I actually wanted to draw was 5.6, but to do that i needed to make me some references. So meet my two new OC- Tronald Dump (5.4) and Melon Usk (5.5). So after making my ref and drawing the 5.6- sloppy make out with some backdoor stimulation, I thought to myself well might as well milk the concept. So we have 5.7 where them guys do what they like the most- pleasing themself with money and shoving their stuff down others throats. After that i thought that maybe I need to make them a little bit more original- hence the make overs. 6.1 Is Melons Usk true form- 3 melons stacked on top of each other with his company logo - SpaceY. Tronadl became a sentient slime with a scrapped face of some homunculus and clothes both on and inside the slime. Though after reflection he should have been a mutated cheeto chip.

► Updates: My Stola comic got an overwhelmingly good reception over at FA. If any1 is wondering I am about a half way thorough drawing a follow-up comic with Via. It's longer and more complicated than the first one. It's slower than I would have liked but it's getting done. If helluva boss is not your thing, but TF are I have wrote down an idea of Dagoth Ur TF comic. My Mane 6 pony drawing on the other hand got more traction here on Tumblr and I am very grateful to everyone who reblogged it!

► Thoughts: I am still doing quite good on my daily drawings. This week I was doing some gesture drawing (reminder: the things I post are about 2 weeks behind what I actually draw). And i think I got a lot from that, especially approach to drawing poses. I used https://line-of-action.com/practice-tools/figure-drawing/ class mode for 30mins a day if any1 wants to try themselves. If any1 have a good tools like that on basics like values, lines or any other art fundamentals I'd be thankful if you send some links my way. As I self taught I feel like I am missing a lot concerning basics of art, but reading books does not do it for me. I need something to interact with.

Mane 6 picnic + Weekly sketches version

The next 2 or 3 weekly bunches will not be uploaded in exact order of being drawn. Reason is they will be a bit more thematically bunched- such as this piece. This is basically week4day6 to week5day3 drawings. But it makes sense to just bunch it together right? Especially that i wanted to also edit and colour it a bit after scanning.

► Drawing: So here we have a mane6+spike going on a picnic. There is edited version with a bit of composition change and resizing + original scanned pencil version. I used my previous drawings as a base for these versions of RD, Shy, AJ and Pinkie. Rarity and Twi got a bit of redesign. With this I wanted to give each pony a bit of her own personality. Pegasi have feathered chests and feathers showing near legs. Flutters is the tallest and leanest of the bunch. Dash is compact and aerodynamic, but still well built. Applejack is 2nd talles, but biggest and build like a truck- what you would expect form hard physical work pony. Pinkie is average but has yummy tummy. Unicorns have been given traditional fantasy tails and cloven hooves. Rarity ofc have them painted as a proper lady would and she shaves her unicorn goatee. Also a dump truck at the back. Twilight is drawn a bit differently due to her becoming alicorn- she is bigger, her horn is straight. Also as a base unicorn and not pegasi she does not posses feathers, but unicorn traits- cloven hooves and tail.

► Ramblings: This is the first bigger piece that came out of the weekly sketches. It was drawn before the Stola comic that I posted earlier- it looking decent gave me the push to try and do it actually. There are some colour artifacts on the uploaded coloured version- that is unfortunately due to nightshade. I tried different settings and this was best looking I got and not much I can do about that. Next 2 weeklies will be just pencil sketch, maybe a bit of colour but not much more. And now that I have this finished I'll probably start drawing next follow up to Stola comic. Probably with Octavia or Andrealphus. But that will take some time. As for other things- drawing keeps being fun. The comic reception over at FA was astoundingly good. I knew it would get some traction due to it being a popular fetish drawing, but getting over 1k views was not expected. The followup drawing got over 100 views, which was given as it was not a kinky one. But still I do want to draw comics- I thought a bit about why I wanted to draw and I came to conclusion that I wanted to show ppl my story ideas and feels. I probably will try my hand at more TF, TG or hypnos, but I still think getting something additional with them is the point. Not to just get views- if I wanted that I'd just draw popular tf and big boobs only. I want to draw for me, if others get the enjoyment of what I make that it would be a nice bonus.

A Little Bit of Self-love

As post-coital clarity dawns on Stola, many thoughts fill her head. Things seem very different then this morning and strange urges clash with her previous believes. But one look down on her wife cuddling as she chirps happily (a sound she never heard before in their life together), brings one to surface the most. Maybe they can make this marriage work, after all seeing things from her perspective should be much easier now.

Helluva Maritial Troubles [TF,TG] It has never been easier to love yourself (especially if you are a narcissist). Hey I said in last post

with Stola and Stella laying in implied bed after their first sex in this new situation. Both seem to enjoy the outcome. Unfortunately this is the last art of this tf I had already prepared and it may be 2 or 3 weeks before I finish another follow up. Also since I as of yet have no plans to include additional TFs in the followups I am sure they will get less traction than the initial comic (since fetishes get the views). But I still plan to get a bit further on this journey, and if any of You want to join me Welcome. Next coloured art will probably be a mane6 drawing i did as part of my daily drawing challenge.
