There have still been barely any donations. I’m talking if everybody could donate even just a dollar.
There have been some, not good developments, on the fundraising front. My extended family is really just not very nice okay they’re very selfish people. They tried to organize a fundraiser (it was a raffle) that they ended up losing money on because they made the fundraiser about them. They don’t know how to organize things. They just don’t. It’s been brought to my attention that my going around them and only addressing my cousin (the first entry was written by my mom, hence why he’s referred to as nephew) and Nova when making the fundraisers actually made my extended family mad. Because of that, they refuse to donate any money to the cause. It’s a really shitty situation. Their pride has gotten away, again, in helping this little girl get her transplant. I’ve since disowned them in a colorfully worded conversation, but that’s beside the point because Nova still needs your help.
I don’t know what to do. I’m trying everything but I can’t do this alone. If I could do it alone, I would. I hate asking for money like this but this isn’t about me. I am begging that you donate, even if it’s just a little bit. But you can’t rely on somebody else to make the donations for you. Signal boost after signal boost doesn’t give her what she needs. If you can find just a little bit of money for Nova, I will be grateful. She will be grateful. Her dad will be grateful.
I want to be able to say that this worked and that we helped. I want people to want to help this little girl live her life and I can’t do that alone. So I am begging you to donate anything. Literally anything. Don’t worry if it sounds too big or too small. If everybody just made a one dollar donation who has reblogged this we could have at least $100 dollars. But 90% of the money in the fundraiser as of now has come from me. I need your help guys. Please, donate.
