almost lost it today but theres good in my life despite how hopeless it is. i love my dog & cat, i love mcr, & i love watching jerma lol.

2 cups of coffee and mostly sweets/candy since i couldn't eat any yesterday, did force myself to have some protein tho. avoided two mystery cal dinners lol

I don’t think people realize how different losing weight makes you look. Like yeah maybe your tummy gets smaller but the real difference is in your face. Once that double chin is gone and those cheek bones and jawline pop out you’re looking like a whole new person. It’s crazy.
