Question for the gang, I died and got this screen after hitting continue. There was no way to move forward after, I literally just saw this with some music. Does anyone know wtf it is or how I did it lmao

Edit to add: this might also be a bug? Genuinely not sure.

Edit #2: thank you to the comments and Google, the verdict is it’s an error screen. I reported it to the dev team with as much info as I can provide. I’ll put the same info below a cut below in case anyone else encounters this. There’s no plot spoilers but if you aren’t very far into the game it could be a hint to a hidden area so read below if you dare.

Encountered after dying to the blue and red spiked flowers to the room above the pink secret boss door. Just after Ralsei says we’re going the wrong way. Up the stairs from the Green pop-up shop warp door and to the left. I was a few platforms into the room and died to the flowers.

I encountered this screen after clicking “continue” in the game over menu and was not able to progress past the screen without quitting the game and reloading. Upon reloading, my save data was intact and I was able to progress as normal. I was not able to replicate this issue.
