Id rather listen to the one in the gym than the one behind a lab, simply because fitness is a passed down knowledge. Call it broscience, but I call it a learned technique passed down from human to human which obviously works pretty well. So much disagreement in the fitness community that I don’t even care anymore.
I just want to take a minuet to give every fitblr a fucking massive pat on the back. we are changing ourselves for the better and along the way are inspiring others. We sweat our asses of daily and then we wake up and do it again. our community probably sweats enough in total every day to quench the thirst of a whole town in africa. The amount of time we wake up with sore muscles and smile because we are fucking proud. And it's not just how hard we work, its how long we keep going. it's dedication. some of us are already at our goals. very well deserves goals, and others are still on this journey of finding our fitness, our health, our lifestyle and learning to be happy, love ourselves and love and enjoy life. you WILL get there, in time, and it will be glorious. So take a minuet and just think of what you've achieved, how far you've come. wether its losing 70 pounds or 7. You should be proud.
