Compatibility:

This has been tested to be working with GTW, OR, Get Together, Dine Out, City Life, Vampires and the patch released February 02, 2017 – PC Version 1.27.80.1020 / Mac Version 1.27.80.1220. This is the version I can verify that the mod works with. Versions before this, most likely will not work so don’t be surprised if that’s the case!

Not jumping through 60 hoops and a circle of fire to DL multiple pieces of CC like this. Like I don’t even mind adfly because there are ways to get around it but when you have it setup like this. LOL Nope, You can keep that shit.

How to use the Tray Importer to delete CC: Download it Here. I really hope this Helps. I suck at TUTS.

1.) Go in game; If it’s a CAS item(s) you wanna delete add all the items to the sim, make sure you use Base Game SKIN, EYES, CLOTHES, ECT. if you don’t want the Importer to pick up anything you plan on keeping. If it’s a Build Buy item(s) place all the items on an empty lot. Save the Lot or Sim to the gallery and name it something like “CAS Items to remove” or “Build Buy Items to remove”

2.) Open up the “Tray Importer” after you save whatever you want to remove from your Sim or Build mode Items to the gallery, it should be the 1st item you see in the Importer. [**A little trick I like to do in CAS is make 5 outfits for each category(Everyday, Formal, ECT.) And make 2 “CC remove” Sims(Male and Female) and save them to the gallery, and then go back to the gallery and merge those same 2 sims with the old sims. This way I’ll be able to add more CAS items to remove instead of doing 1 outfit and 1 sim at a time.] Go ahead and click “Export with CC”

All the CC should pop up with the option to Export as separate archive. This just means separate the tray files from the CC files. Not necessary really..

3.) Save the file to your Desktop and name it something obvious(If you have a messy desktop like me….Hahaha) or just name it something….

4.) Once you save it to your desktop, open the folder, and put all the folders on your desktop. (If you’re organized you should name your folders By creator(I don’t do this) Or name them by use; Hair, Shoes, Accessories, Clothes, ECT.)

5.) Open your MODS folder, and put the two folders side by side, If you wanna delete items from the Hair folder, open the hair folder on your desktop and open the hair folder in your TS4 Mods folder. (**Another trick of mines is, in my documents/folders/whatever you call it there’s a quick access tab, I add all my MAJOR cc folders to the quick access tab, so when I drag my CC over, I can easily drag it to it’s designated folder.)

6.) Once you put them side by side highlight all the CC in the “Desktop folder” titled “Hair” or whatever folder you wanna remove anything from and drag it over to the TS4 Folder(named the same thing of course). You’ll get a prompt asking you if you wanna replace the files, click yes, and all the files in the TS4 folder should be highlighted in blue and replaced(because it is a COPY).

7.) Right click and Delete all the files you replaced. And you’re done! You can redo this to make sure you deleted everything. *Your DESKTOP Folder should be EMPTY now that you dragged them over.
