Finally got some much needed ink therapy! The feeling of Zen I get from ink is hard to explain, but it makes me want more. This is my phoenix. Upside-down egg tacos. New experiment. Made a cheese tortilla from melted Munster cheese, then hit with the torch to make it smoky and a bit crispy. Two boiled eggs, cut in half, spoon full of salsa over the yoke, then covered it with the cheese "tortilla". This cup of joe is special. This is Cuban coffee, straight up. There flavor, smell, bitterness all hold very special memories for me. It reminds me of my grandfather. We would go to this little Cuban restaurant in Bell, which is no longer there, and he would order his Cuban coffee.
