We're Not In Ferelden Anymore, Toto.
Cadence rolled over in the soft surface, her eyes opening slowly to focus her gaze on the painting hanging up on the all. The expression of confusion quickly came across her face as she sat up on the bed. This was not someone familiar in the land of Ferelden. A groan escaped her red painted lips as a small jolt of pain rolled through her body.
“It’s what I get for sleeping in my armor… I guess.” She took a few moments to stand up off the bed, glide across the room and collect her belongings from the chair in the corner. She strapped the family sword across her back along with the family shield.
“This is way too weird.” She muttered to herself as she opened the door to the room and making her way down the nearest stairs before coming to a stop in the room, suddenly all eyes were on her.
“…Oh. I hope this isn’t a weird question, but could one of you fine men tell me where I am? And.. what year it is?” Her gaze settled on the nearest man, in her opinion, looked like the oddest - yet best dressed guy in the room. And his hat… well, that was was just weird.
The grand master had heard talk of a strange woman being present in the building, but he didn't quite believe that. Everyone in the town was unusual to him, because of various reasons.
However, when he heard footsteps descending from the stairs, he turned slowly to lock his gaze upon a woman-- And.. she was even stranger than the rest of the residents. Narrowing his eyes, he raised a brow when she spoke, noticing that she was looking his way.
Clearing his throat, Haytham nodded and spoke, his thick accent ringing out,"Ah. You are in Boston, miss. The 18th century. Are you lost?" The Templar examined her clothing slowly, trying not to make it too obvious that he was doing so.
