#diyturntable update. I drilled out the #tonearm mounting holes and installed the tonearm to check if my geometry all figured out. Today I'll bore out the hole for the motor and glue and rout out the second layer before adding the third and final layer. Had some time yesterday to cut and router the first of three parts of the plinth. This will be the top that will house the motor and the tonearm along with the controls. I have two more to do over the weekend before I start doing a dry fit to test placement etc. Lynda says that it looks like a diagram for ovaries.
