Yoongi is about to start making lunch when Hoseok surprises him from behind and wraps his arms around him, trapping his arms to his sides. Yoongi protests and tries to wiggle out of his grasp so he can finish cooking, but Hoseok only tightens his grip. Eventually, Yoongi stops squirming and accepts his defeat by relaxing and leaning into the other.

“You need to eat.”

“No,” Hoseok mumbles as he softly rests his chin on Yoongi’s shoulder. “Only sleep.”

“Then go lay down, and I’ll wake you up when I have lunch ready,” Yoongi says trying to negotiate with him. He feels Hoseok’s chin dig into his shoulder as he stubbornly shakes his head ‘no.’

“No, I want to sleep with you.” Yoongi immediately groans and Hoseok bursts out laughing, and finally lets go of him. “Not in that way just, sleep.”

Hoseok usually leaves in the morning to work at the garage down the street and comes back to rest for a couple hours before he has to go work his evening job. But he was held up with a last-minute customer “bitching,” Hoseok had so pleasantly told him over the phone when he called to let him know he was running late.

Although Yoongi knows this, his temptation to spend the few moments they have wrapped up in each other is too tempting, and Hoseok’s persistence was eroding any resistance he had left. Lately because of their busy schedules they haven’t seen one another as much as they would like, but today Yoongi got off early and Hoseok had pushed back his evening shift so they could spend lunch together. 

It’s just their luck their time together is being cut short. And even though Yoongi would love to spend every second of it in bed with Hoseok, he knows because of the tight shifts the other has been working he has been cutting meals.

So in one last attempt, Yoongi tries to convince him to eat something instead of using his time to nap. But when Hoseok stubbornly refuses to change his mind, Yoongi gives in as to not waste what little time Hoseok had.

Pleased with himself, Hoseok happily pulls them to the bedroom.
