     he dared not say he wasn’t afraid, because he was. no doubt about it, starting with the whisper of dernhelm behind him as if it were a secret. he considered it to be, as he was going against the king’s words to stay with the lady éowyn. though everything suddenly changed, when the helm was lifted and long golden hair glittered against the clouded sky. her voice rang out like a boom of thundering hooves, but that was all a memory now.

     now he had came to visit her once aragorn had visited him, and assured him the lady was going to recover. his arm tingled but his fingers didn’t, they were a dark black. he flexed and curled them against his palm once he’d seen her and smiled with a gentle gasp,   “  lady éowyn !  it is soothes me a great deal to see you up and walking.  “   he came to walk at her side and her hand clutched his, gripping hers tighter in response.   “  i am grateful for you, i don’t want to think about what would have been different if you would not have taken my burden with you.  “

y’all I just asked my work if I could not be fired or quit for like the next 3 weeks to see where the nation is at, because idk who my coworkers come into contact with and I have really bad asthma which makes me a little more susceptible... idk if it was the right decision but yknow.. I wanna not be sick and I’m the only person in my fam that has to go out and be in contact with people. But my boss was totally fine with it and I feel so much better. So I’ll be here more! That and with the fact that my college is online now
