hi! i’m lauren, a 22 year old, uk based dahmer researcher. i want to make it very clear what this blog is about and, more importantly, what it is *not* about.

firstly, i would like to share a bit about my personal journey with this topic. i first learned about jeffrey dahmer in 2017, at the age of 14. over the years, my fascination, curiosity, and desire to learn everything about dahmer, his crimes, victims and the surrounding circumstances have only grown stronger. this blog is, in many ways a documentation of my research and ongoing exploration of the subject. It’s a way for me to organise and share the information i’ve gathered over the years, as well as to educate and engage with others who are interested in learning about this complex and disturbing case. my aim is to provide a comprehensive and factual account, while always remaining mindful of the sensitivity and gravity of the subject matter, in the words of case detective, pat kennedy:

“trying to comprehend jeffrey dahmer is to understand or attempt to understand the power of loneliness and alienation at it’s absolute core.”

this blog is dedicated to providing factual information about the life and crimes of jeffrey dahmer. my goal is to present the details of the case accurately, drawing from my very own personal book collection, documented sources, interviews, trail transcripts and so forth. i’am committed to ensuring the accuracy of the information i share and make every effort to confirm each detail before publishing it, with the intent of presenting only verified and factual content. my priority is to provide reliable information and maintain the integrity of this platform as a source of accurate knowledge.

it’s crucial to understand that this blog is in no way meant to condone, glorify or romanticise dahmer or his heinous acts. while i unequivocally condemn dahmer’s actions, i also believe it’s possible to approach the subject with a degree of empathy, acknowledging his humanity without excusing his crimes. i have nothing but the upmost respect and sympathy for the victims and their families, and am deeply aware of the pain and suffering caused by Dahmer’s actions. my intention with this channel is not to offend or upset anyone, but rather to understand the complexities of both dahmer and his crimes through a purely factual lens.

jeffrey lionel dahmer was born on this day in 1960 in milwaukee, to parents joyce & lionel dahmer.

“i drove to the hospital immediately and discovered that jeff had already been delivered. i went directly to joyce’s room and found her in bed, looking exhausted, of course, but also quite happy for the first time in many weeks. “you have a son”, she said. a few minutes later, i saw my son for the first time. he was in a small plastic bassinet, his body wrapped in a blue blanket. i could see him lying motionlessly on his side, eyes closed, sleeping quietly. i stared at him, astonished at how much he looked like me, how much i saw my own features, as if a miniature, in that tiny, pinkish face. joyce had said, “you have a son” and so i did. a son i would later name for myself. jeffrey lionel dahmer.”

"I am sure you are all familiar with the channel "Jeff's Shrine", recently rebranded to "Channeling Jeff", and their actions as of late. What was once a channel meant for both education and merely edits of Jeffrey Dahmer has dissolved into something else, and lately it is causing a lot of hubbub. There are a few things that should be addressed before they spiral further out of hand.

In the coming weeks and days, the channel is going to be spreading a lot of misinformation and uploading more stolen content. The photos they have shared and will share have not been seen by the public before. Do not let this fool you into believing that they are part of their personal collection. They do not own them in-real-life and they are not part of their "private collection" as they have gone on the record to say. They do not own Jeff's original lava lamp, as they are claiming to in comments. Credible sources officially connected to the Dahmer family have confirmed that the lamp has not been seen since 1991.

Notably, they own a time card from Jeff's period working at Ambrosia that was gifted to them, some documents (nothing never before seen) and a jar of dirt that they believe are "Jeff's ashes". Whatever else they are claiming to have that "belonged to Jeff", if it isn't listed above then they do not have possession of (at least physically).

At this time, the original owners of the photographs have asked the community to prohibit sharing as much as possible while the situation is handled in private. You can save the images, as it is inevitable at this point that people will and have, but please do not repost or distribute them. This was asked personally BY the family who cared for Lionel and Shari Dahmer in their final years and we must not disrespect their privacy. The source they were obtained from had well-documented permission to share them with the channel owner alone, PRIVATELY. Please respect the wishes of the owners and the memory of Jeff and his family and do not continue to promote or distribute them.

dr.palermo said dahmer was enjoying his notoriety and didn’t want to go to prison because he was afraid of black inmates.

dahmer took exception to the remarks made by palermo and his testimony that dahmer got a kick out of killing.

dahmer’s attorney boyle read a letter from jeff to the media:

📝 “control out of control”:

jeffrey dahmer’s crimes were filled by a deep-seeded desire for complete control and dominance over his victims. dahmer used pills so that they were rendered unconscious, eliminating any demands, any resistance, and so that dahmer wouldn’t need to worry about their needs or desires. the action of drugging men also enabled dahmer to prolong his interactions with them, ensuring their continued presence, and easing his fear of abandonment, while exercising control over them and the situation at all times.

as dahmer’s need for control intensified, he sought after a more intense and permanent solution. becoming dissatisfied with the temporary affects of the pills, and viewing the murders as a ‘waste’, dahmer came up with the idea of creating a living zombie that would obey him, and have no needs or desires. in 1991 dahmer began to experiment with his new idea, by drilling holes in the heads of his victims, followed by injecting acid into the hole, in hopes that they would stay alive but strip them of their free will and ensure their total compliance without resistance. despite repeated attempts, his twisted fantasy of a live zombie to obey his every desire never did materialise.

dahmer’s prolonged acts lead to profound desensitisation, where he became emotionally detached from his actions. this detachment was further reinforced by his tendency to depersonalise his victims, stripping the of their humanity by viewing them as ‘an object for pleasure instead of a living breathing human being’ to better facilitate his crimes.

🚪the horror behind 213:

on the humid night of july 1991, tracy edwards escaped with his life, and informed police of the “freak” that had threatened to eat his heart. the police returned with edwards to apartment 213, where they discovered the horrors of dahmer’s “little horrid creation”

inside the apartment they found:

7 skulls (3 of which were painted and 3 which featured drill holes) the skulls were those of:
