Oh gosh I can't believe I didn't reply sooner XD! I love the picture and Biff's expression and also love the way you designed the fan, you did an amazing job ^^. Also I like the fact how both are just excited about meeting each other, Biff definitely deserves fans. And I agree I'd also like to see someone wearing a Biff outfit amongst the audience, thanks again btw :D!

Oh ok thank you responding ^^ and for explaining request for me, also you're welcome! But yes it's definitely a Biff related request of him signing an autograph for an eager fan of his. ((also hopefully in the future I'll be able to commission something else on your main blog))
