i'm not currently interested in coming back to this blog without rebooting it, and rebooting it would be a big undertaking i'm not up for right now, but i really would like to sometime in future, a) because it was really fun and b) i just know a little more about mario now and will likely continue to learn things about mario in future and that makes revisiting a project like this even more fun

#my original run of this blog was before id ever played a warioware game. wild!#and now i even know about like. oogtar. or the old psychic lady with the evil eye who reads fortunes and knows everything before it happens #ideally ill have beat a few more of the rpgs before i ever touch this again tho bc that was my biggest blind spot #sorry to the people who were submitting m&l dream team characters cos i had NO CLUE who those guys were #ive still never played a wario land either....

If you’re seeing this, my queue is out- been too busy to keep up with it so consider this a break. 162 characters in a row is quite a lot! I should hopefully be back once I’ve drawn enough to form a reasonable queue again.

In the meantime, if you guys have any requests- characters/enemies/species/bosses/etc I haven’t drawn yet- feel free to send them to me! Having requests to work from will probably help me get back on track faster, and at this point I’ll draw pretty much any character from the franchise or its spinoffs, no matter how obscure!

#as with before im gonna clarify that no smash bros is not a mario spinoff and therefore i wont count characters just on that #'spinoffs' means the rpgs warioware luigis mansion dkc warioland mario kart and so on #id love to count smash bros characters but at that point it might as well just be daily-video-game-characters yknow #which wouldnt be a terrible shout but my scope of video games is unfortunately pitifully narrow
