Did you have the whole story planned out when you started? If so what was supposed to happen? (Also I love this au and the Streber design is soo cool but I'm glad your not forcing yourself into continuing)

I’ll be honest, until I thought of the mirror idea, the au planning was the embodiment of this meme

Since I went over plot stuff more in depth in the last answer, I'll just say the story was supposed to be a sweet little angst piece about grief, dedication, and a SLIGHT note about personal achievements and "fulfillment in life", whatever that means haha

He does get an eternal rest!! I read a story about a ghost with unresolved issues I read before I made this series, and it was a lot of my inspiration for this actually ^^ Read Twenties Girl, if you want homework from me.

Streber's "unfinished" business wasn't something physical, but something mental. He was cut off before he knew if his efforts were valued to anyone at all, even worse, he believed Kevin didn't take him seriously at all. That nightmare episode Kevin had was a real projection of Streber's insecurity in the relationship.

Now this sounds like a LOT for some young love story, but in my au, they knew each other through some of each of their roughest moments, and had a strong bond before. I kind of wish I didn't end the au so soon, because that would've been fun to explore and deepen.

Kevin wasn't going to die. I felt with the chaos of another death I'd stray from the path of the story I was trying to tell.

That being said, I did contemplate killing him off a few times..

I meant to make an announcement here as well, but due to major burnout and a change of interest, I kind of left the fandom. Sorry I left you guys so suddenly! I don't know when the next Spooky Month will be out, but I will try to make a comeback then!

I loved this idea, and I loved all the support and love you all have given for my silly ideas along with it. I want to say thanks for that. It made my day waking up to see people laughing or crying or just enjoying my work :} I hope I have the same passion as I did before when I come back.

Whatever happens, thank you all for the support again and this community gave me so many good memories around this time last year <3
