Information
This blog is run by a physically disabled person who reclaims the word cripple.
NOTE: I have low vision and, as a result, image descriptions and alt text may be incorrect in small ways. I do my best and use other sources (such as general descriptions of the character) as much as I can but I will still make errors. I welcome (polite) corrections!
No DNI, just be polite.

To Artists:
When characters do not have official art or official art cannot be used (Ex: Nudity, explicit gore, etc.), fan art is used. Art will only be used with credit and only from accounts/people who state that they are okay with reposts and/or credited reposts.
If you want your art removed for any reason, please message with proof that the art is yours (Ex: By messaging from the account that posted it, a screenshot of you being in the account that posted it, etc.). It will be removed.
Submission Information:
Guidelines:
- Characters must be physically disabled in at least one canon source.
- Characters do not have to be good representation or good people.
- There are no banned fandoms.
- To submit a character, make sure to include their full name, source, and disability.
- This is for characters, not real people. If it is a character based off of a real person where it differs enough from the real person and/or the individual is no longer alive (Ex: Jack from Newsies, Lafayette from Hamilton), they may be posted. This will be a case-by-case basis.
Accompanying Images:
- Character images cannot include nudity, be suggestive, or have excessive gore.
- If the character you're submitting does not have official art or the art can't be posted, you're welcome to submit fanart of them.
- Any fanart must be credited and the artist must be okay with credited reposts.
- I reserve the right to change the art if needed.
- No AI-generated images will be used.
- If you would like to use your own art, please include the proper credit (Ex: Your art account) or, if you haven't posted it anywhere, message with proof of the art being yours.
Accessibility:
- All images in the blog will include an image description and alt text. NOTE: Earlier posts do not have alt text and only have an image description.
- No flashing images, jump scares, sudden loud noises, etc. will be featured on this blog.
- Please note I am only human (For now). If anything doesn't work or isn't accessible, please let me know and I'll look into it.
A Note on Language:
- The term 'cripple' is a slur. It is being reclaimed by many physically disabled people, including myself. If you are able bodied, please use other terms (Ex: Physically disabled, (specific identity/diagnosis), etc.).
- There will be characters featured here who don't necessarily fit the term 'crippled'. This blog features characters with physical disabilities, the name is just that.
