I'm planning on turning this into a fic, honestly. But this is kinda a sick angsty fic I had in mind, where when Ribbit's mental state was decreasing, Kaufmo stepped up and took care of them, and in a sense, they healed together. Ribbit leaned on Kaufmo for support, and Kaufmo leaned on Ribbit because he has his own mental battles he's dealing with in this AU as well. Here are a few sketches I did of it and a basic understanding of it lol.

a/n: I had been in a bit of a writers dump so I just had to write this one was kinda rushed so srry for grammar problems
“They are just so, ahhhhh”
“What are you talking about,” Jax chuckled, laying on the purple couch next to her.
The gang had just got back from another adventure in the jungle. While dodging cannibal plants and hunger tigers, there had been a certain clown and doll who had been trying to make their best out of the worst situation possible. Which only made the adventure somewhat worse.
“Ragatha and Kaufmo,” Ribbit groaned with playful aggravation. “I love Ragatha both to bits and pieces but saying ‘everything is going to be okay’ while both of your arms are gone doesn't make anyone feel any better.”
“Really? I think it’s kinda cute” Jax wasn’t thinking when he said the sentence but when he saw the grin grow wider on the stupid frog's face it was too late to take it back.
“Awwwwwwwwwwwww~”
“Thats not what I-”
“Jwaxy has a crushhhhhhh awwwwwww-”
“I DO NOT-”
“Dude why don’t you just admit it, it’s obvious you do,” the frog rolled their eyes and lay back.
Jax crossed his arms. “And what exactly gives you that impression?”
“‘Geez Raggy, no need to hold on to me so tight’ or ‘You worry too much, Dollface~’ She has more nicknames than me and Kaufmo combined. And how many times have I caught you stealing her bows from out her room, or heck how many MORE times have I found you breaking into her room in general-”
“I break into everyone's room!”
“Yeah but not everyday. Your so in love with her~”
“What cha guys talking about?” A deep voice came from behind them, and the frog knew it all to well.
“We’re talking about how s@#$y your jokes are”
“First off… no they are not. Second I like to think that I bring an uplifting charm-”
“Kaufmo you we’re covered in so many bee stings that you could barely even get a joke out”
“And you say Rags is the overly positive one” Jax snickered
“Ah, ah. I said Ragtha AND Kaufmo!”
“Oh come on Froggy you gotta admit that some of my jokes were funny~” Kaufmo leaned over the back of the couch with a slight hum in his tone. A slight warmth raised in the frogs face as he pushed him away.
“Never in a million years!” Ribbit laughed, pushing the clown away.
“Oh day you’ll admit it Froggy~ Anyways see you guys later, I gotta help kinger with his bug collection, he collected a lot of them during this adventure for some reason.”
Ribbit watched the clown walk towards Kinger’s pillow fort, the heat in her cheeks slowly coming back. A slight flutter in her chest.
“Froggy huh~” Jax hummed.
Ribbit picked up a pillow before throwing it at the rabbit's face. “SHUT UP!”
