Plateaus are gross so here’s the only way I’ve been able to break mine

-Have a HIGH CAL day. Go to 1500, 2000 or so. real food. Meat, veggies, dairy, not processed shit. Real nutrients
Take 3 days or so off from your workout. Little walk or something, sure but no run, no weights, no calisthenics or anything.
Go back to your deficit after the first day, but stay sedentary.
Then go keto. Only for a few days, 3 or so, if you like how you feel stay with it but go keto. Or Atleast semi keto, just keeping low grain. I removed pasta, bread and rice, still ate some carby veggies. Carbs retain water.
In 5 days or so you should see a change. I started thing 5 days ago to break a plateau and went from 130 to 126, I was 127 before I hit the wall and went up for no reason but bloat. It’s the only thing that ever worked for me.
