Talking about his facial hair brings up memories of being called “the Wolf” on set during his time on The CW’s Nikita series.  “I don’t know if it’s the eyebrows or eyes or what the heck it is because I didn’t have a big beard on that show,” West says. “But the wolf has been following me for a while.”

My parents were in bands when I was growing up in Baton Rouge, LA. My family as a whole are very musical. Some classically trained. So I always thought that music might be the way to go but I also wanted something a bit different to call my own.

Site News - Please read!

I am so upset to be writing this, but I have just learnt this evening that the host of Shane West Online has decided to close and in just 4 days (Monday 10th 2015) the site will go down and no longer be available.  

I am gutted to say that I am losing 3 years of hard work, milestones and updates on a site that I love with my heart and soul.  I am not going to let this be the end of Shane West Online but sadly as servers are already crashing, I have no choice to move to a new host and start again.  That means that all content on the site will be gone. 

The domain www.shanewestonline.com will no longer be of use as this is owned by the host and they are not allowing us to take them.  I am currently working to get hosted by someone new, but it is going to take a few weeks for me to get content back to the site and open it again so please be patient.  

Any new pictures/news that come out, I will try and sort something out to keep sharing it with you all and make sure to follow our twitter (@ShaneWestOnline) for all the news and updates on what is happening with the site.

I did this film called What We Do Is Secret, which is based on punk rock legend Darby Crash. I got the same tattoo to honor him and his band, the Germs, and getting to know his family and his friends and all the hell we went through trying to make that movie
