⪼ Peter is a lover at heart, it comes to him as natural as breathing. He signs off almost every conversation, hangout or phonecall with an 'I love you' or at the very least a hug. So, for a while it's hard to tell if he's into you or just kind. It doesn't take long for him to clarify that he is, in fact, madly in love with you.
⪼ He confusses so quickly because he doesn't want to waste a moment that he could be spending with you. Though he yearns and has a small fear that it will all turn to dust in his hands, the reward of being able to be with you is worth the risk.
⪼ He's even more chatty around you if you can believe it. With you, he can just speak his mind with no filter. Whether it's dark secrets or a silly hypothetical, if he's around you, he's going to say it. You love having a special insight into his soul.
⪼ He's really bad with arguments, not that he ever gives you a reason for one. He will never blame you for anything and would rather die than make you upset. If you ever do argue it will be a tennis match of apologies and comforting one another until you forgot what you were even on about.
⪼ He is so incredibly attentive. He has secretly memorised all your facial cues and he has a pretty good accuracy at guessing your emotions. Though he'll still check in with you because he'd rather come off as annoying than uncaring.
⪼ I think his love language is a combination of all of them with a bit of an emphasis on giving. He has so much love to give and he wants to express it in every way he possibly can. So, it's only fitting that you serve him a taste of his own love-flavoured medicine. Coming up behind him with a hug, surprising him with a warm cooked meal, or picking him up his favourite baked good with groceries. Anything and everything to show him what he deserves.
