guys help, serious question, should i start vaping? does it really help? is it worth it??
bro i need a friend who holds me accountable and is mean to me about how much i ate.
how can i love and hate the feeling of being hungry at the same time?
why do i keep expecting to loose 5kgs after one day of restricting? like bro it doesnt work like that
there is something so beautiful in going to bed hungry.
currently gaslighting myself that i dont even like food.
train yourself to always fidget. bounce your leg or spin your pens or sth. it burns more c@ls than you think!

hii, im just going to use this as a food diary to keep myself accountable. ive gained a lot over the past few weeks and i feel terrible and not in control. i really hope this helps me. its not going to be too bad but ill try and stay under 1000 c@ls every day. wish me luck!! :)

also, i usually allow myself 500 throughout the day and then 500 at dinner, since i always eat dinner together with my sisters!
