I'm back making some new articles for my blog. Literally back, needed some time before to think and overcome my mental health. I used to write some journals and articles as my way of struggling in my depression.

When I think about the future, I see you. I see us, building a life together -- chasing dreams, making mistakes, and growing together through it all. With you, I'm not afraid of what's to come, because I know we'll face it side by side. We're not just building a future, we're building a life, one filled with love, laughter, and moments we'll treasure forever. I can't wait to see what's next for us.
DAY 82 OF 365
Your Energy Rises and Falls through the Day
Energy is not constant. It moves in natural cycles across the day, rising, dipping, and recovering. Most people ignore this and expect steady focus all the time.
Notice your pattern for a few days. Identify when you feel sharp and when you slow down. Place your important work in high energy windows and lighter tasks in low ones. When your work with your energy instead of against it, focus becomes easier.
secretly loving you from a distance
I need all of this and make it as my routine. . . Been awhile since I experience all of this
"Sometimes life is stranger than fiction, but sometimes it's incomparable in other ways. Sometimes it's heaven that the false fire of imagination could never capture."
Before the Coffee Gets Cold
Too much expectation can break your heart
“Your naked body should only belong to those who fall in love with your naked soul.”
— Charlie Chaplin in a letter to his daughter, Geraldine
“Promise me not to hide yourself when you’re in pain, it’s unfair that we laughed together but you cried alone”
— Unknown
Intimacy is not just about sex. It's having heart-to-hearts, staying up all night talking, sharing childhood memories, thoughts, fears, dreams & hopes for the future. It's uncontrollable laughter, direct eye contact and feeling each other without touching - it's exchanging energy🥀
"There is a certain unique and strange delight about walking down an empty street alone. There is an off-focus light cast by the moon, and the streetlights are part of the spotlight apparatus on a bare stage set up for you to walk through. You get a feeling of being listened to, so you talk aloud, softly, to see how it sounds."
Sylvia Plath, The Unabridged Journals of Sylvia Plath
Determining the intensity of my own pain is a blind calculation. On my first attempt, I assigned the value of ten to a theoretical experience— burning alive. Then I tried to determine what percentage of the pain of burning alive I was feeling. I chose thirty percent—three. Which seemed, at the time, quite substantial. Three. Mail remains unopened. Thoughts are rarely followed to their conclusions. Sitting still becomes unbearable after one hour. Nausea sets in. Grasping at the pain does not bring relief. Quiet desperation descends. “Three is nothing,” my father tells me now. “Three is go home and take two aspirin.” It would be helpful, I tell him, if that could be noted on the scale. Eula Bliss, The Pain Scale
