Great week last week with eight salmon landed and four lost, fish seen in all pools, one in particular was a mid thirty seen by Andrew Sutherland crashing about in the Glide, Marcus Tripney also reports seeing fish in Inch stream around the twenty mark.

23rd June 2017 I knew this morning when I saw this rainbow we had to catch a fish, I was wrong we caught two,Robert Edmund had the first one from Dalmarnock bank pool, the fish was 9lb, number two I caught myself, a fresh Wee Grilse of 2lb.
21st June 2017 Two fish landed and two fish lost today,Iain Main lost a Grilse in the Clachantaggart,while Danny Creaney lost one in Dalmarnock bank pool, first one to stay on was a 2lb Grilse for Iain Main in Dalmarnock, in the photo is Celtic and Scotland star Stephen Creany with a lovely fish of 10lb from the Red Brae , this was Stephens first salmon from Dalmarnock after previously losing a few, well done again Stephen.
10th June 2017 On Saturday Roland Armitage landed a cracking 9 lber from the Rams Horn on the Fly, this was Roland's first Salmon and was carrying sea lice , well done Roland , Karen Aitchison lost a fish under the cables on a flying c, also young angler Adam Cameron lost a fish in the Stepps pool on a flying c, wish that one would have stuck!!
7th June 2017 The water dropped by 2' today, Andrew Whyte landed this beauty from the Red brae, the fish weighed 8lb, he then lost another bigger fish twenty minutes later!! Loads of fish seen in Dalmarnock bank pool, I think the rods on tomorrow are in for a treat.
10th May 2017 Well done Big Jim for landing a 14 lber from the summerhouse pool on the fly, Jim reported seeing fish in the pool yesterday from top to bottom, the wade across this evening paid dividends.
4th May 2017 Well done Kirk Lyon for landing this beauty from the fernie haugh on a yellow belly Devon, it was Kirk's first cast in the pool!

21st April 2017 Well done Andrew Whyte for landing a beauty from the tail of the steps pool , the fish weighed 14 lb, Mike Sutton was also in on the action , but unfortunately it fell off after a short struggle, fish seen in the fernie haugh rams horn and Dalmarnock bank.
15th April 2017 Another fantastic day on Dalmarnock, Archie Bryden got the ball rolling with a 16lb sea liced beauty from the glide on the fly, Andrew Whyte was next on the scoresheet with anthor sea liced 16 lber from the Summerhouse pool on a black flying C. John Cross completed the hatrick with a 6 lber from Sowerby, very well done to all anglers.
14th April 2017 Well done John Cross for landing a cracking 8lb sea licer from Sowerby, not to be out done Ian Willis landed a sea licer from the clachantaggart on a Tummel shrimp , it weighed 16lb, fresh fish seen in most pools again today , just hope we can keep this low water.
