Sometimes the most complex moves are actually the easiest and most comfortable,when I first saw this move I thought you had to be super flexible to do it and it’s now one of my favourite moves.
I love it when I get to the gym with no real set time or distance in mind and I can just switch off and let my mind wander off,tonight was one f those times and before I knew it,I had run 10km in my quickest time so far.

Lifting has been a slow process for me,having a weak back and pelvis has made my journey into weights rather problematic.
But tonight I hit the 30kg mark and for me it was comfortable to lift,hopeful to increase the weight next session 💪
Afternoon run before the rain set in.Even Rudy enjoyed going out for a run,not our fastest time but I’m just glad we got to run outside,have been cooped up in the gym for a while now and I was starting to forget how beautiful it is to run off road.
Lunch today is an assortment of green goodies:
•avocado,feta and grains
•roasted falafel in a spinach wrap
• mixed leaf salad
I visited Ireland finally and went to the titanic experience! I only had 24 hours to cram everything into but Dublin and Belfast were amazing.Both are beautiful cities steeped in history and character.
I’ve always been fascinated with the titanic,going to the experience has been high on my bucket list for some time now and I would very much recommend going.

One year ago today’s was seriously considering having surgery on my arms,I wanted an arm lift but I swore that I would give myself a year to grow my current baby muscle and tone up my upper body....the results are awesome! I am stronger than ive ever been before and I love it!
