A doodle of a messenger dog I drew while trying to get my creativity going again. A very serious pup!
A Landscape I sketched from my imagination that I liked enough to paint digitally. Sketching is so much easier than painting!
I’m trying to get better at portraits for an upcoming figure painting class I’m taking next semester. I was pretty happy with how these two came out! Photos found on pintrest, but they didn’t say who the models/ photographers were.
Here is the Animated version of my Name of The Wind fanart, I had a ton of fun with this piece and I’ve wanted to try animation an illustration for quite some time now.
A photo study I did for practice. Got the reference from Here
I doodled some arches based on Ottoman ruins. I really enjoyed drawing these. Coloring within lines is so much easier than just going straight to shapes so these were pretty relaxing.
A screen cap study from the new Mummy movie.Just trying to get better at digital painting!
I’ve been having fun with painting studies and learning to change the source material to make a better composition and more interesting painting.
Another Screen cap study from the Prince of Persia. I had a hard time with this one because it kept feeling so empty. I hope that if I keep doing these, they’ll get easier!
I’ve been trying to learn a more painterly style and use of color by studying films. This painting is based on a pan from the the film Prince of Persia: Sands of Time.
A film study from the 2017
Trying to learn more color and composition to up my skill level
The final renders of my isometric detective offices, one with ambient light and one with direct lighting. I love working in black and white but really want to start moving to color with my work!
In this scene, the detective has received a death threat from a cereal killer he is investigating.
Some Isometric designs from my Ani117a VisDev class. Each one had to have a crime related to a grandfather clock in it. I found out that I really enjoy working with the isometric perspective!
