I need to rewatch a:tla and lok, because that is the art style that was most inspiring to me, and something I'd like my own style to emulate - once I actually *have* a style.

The camera angle makes this look a bit more stretched out than it actually is, but I think I'm getting a good start on male anatomy, even if the knees are weird. I've got the ribs and hips in the right place, and at the right proportion (or very close, at least) to the head size.

Went from fucked up to decent on a single page. Of course, profile, because that's all I have going for me. Hopefully time will be on my side and allow me to open up the number of view types I can draw without them looking like a Picasso painting.

A bad idea written down is far better and far more useful to you than a blank sheet of paper and a mythical piece of brilliance that has been stuck in your head out of fear of failure. Go ahead and fail. Then make it better.

I”m not too horribly dissatisfied with this.... I drew this about four years ago, and it was my first attempt at cleaning up a sketch from a notebook on photoshop.  All in all, I’d say it went fairly well!
