I failed to mention yesterday that issue #9 of 34 Orchard was released yesterday! My story, "Revenge" is between the covers. It is a reprint of one of the first stories that I ever had published. I want to thank Kristi Petersen Schoonover for having me, and for making the rare exception of accepting a reprint! I am deeply honored.

This is the latest anthology I’m in, set to go public on December 10th. However , I have a few advance copies available for sale for $20.00.

Folx, this is a very special book and a far cry different from the ones I usually contribute to. What makes it so special? I glad you asked.

Firstly, it is geared toward a YA (young adult) audience. The stories are less about horror and more centralized around games and gaming.

The thing that really sets this apart? See that design on the cover? It doubles as a board game and the stories inside work almost like a choose-your-own-adventure style of book like when I was younger. There are “game tokens” you can cut out and use while you play. The game itself has rules and goals, and each story has choices to make at the end. You can read them in order or go on your own adventure, and the reading experience can be different every time!
