A little late, but still apropos. Check out the performance of this routine from Frankie 95 too. It’s breathtaking. I didn’t put it up because it makes me cry every dang time I watch it. For our purposes here, in addition to being a beautiful tribute, it’s also a beautiful piece of dancing and choreography.

The same thing is employed at :37. :50 Loving this round and roundy thing. 1:26 Laura’s swivels. Often imitated, rarely mastered. 1:28 Nice whip like movement into 3. Snazzy. 1:57 Shit gets silly. It was already on it’s way to silly, and here it really goes to silly town. And I appreciate that so so much.
